  1. Bernie Vince is the youngest looking 28 year old I've ever seen.
  2. We will soon have running water and the Red Cross are making more frequent food drops.
  3. For me it's how he said it that was the problem.
  4. I've actually noticed how little we have heard from him since his appointment and I've loved it.
  5. Absolutely no idea what to think of this deal to be honest.
  6. There still isn't anything on the MFC website, is this official?
  7. That's because their contract most likely finishes at the end of October.
  8. Just got word (unsurprisingly) that Hawks are ecstatic with the deal. Apparently they had to move quickly because something "big" is about to go down at St Kilda.
  9. What I hate is player managers being interviewed on radio all the time. I understand for free agency the manager is involved but we now have managers being asked what deal between X and Y to get their player to a club is. Those deals have nothing to do with the managers, it's between the two clubs.
  10. If we could get Shiel, Sewell and Cross that would a very good trade period.
  11. I remember thinking the exact same thing at a function about four years ago.
  12. Schwab was on SEN this morning. "Mario from Doncaster", a regular caller who is usually a bit of a [censored] held on the line for about 10 minutes just to pay out on Schwab and Prendergast on how poor their recruiting was during his time. Mario then went on to ask if Lucas Cook would be drafted again, it was actually quite funny and quite satisfying to hear.
  13. Good name, never heard of him.
  14. Wasn't there an issue at Brisbane where Voss retired but they had to keep paying him?
  15. His biggest weakness is his complete lack of lateral movement. He's fine in a straight line but has a bigger turning circle than Bate.
  16. Exactly, I've been as critical of the salary cap concessions as anyone but I can see how Sydney might have some room to offer Franklin (remembering the AFL will probably pitch in "Ambassador" money too).
  17. I'm not sure how Franklin can refuse when "there are a host of reasons that could win over Franklin. Franklin’s close mate, Wallaby Kurtley Beale, has returned to Sydney to play Super Rugby for the Waratahs, who train at Allianz Stadium, next door to the SCG...".
  18. If Melbourne get tickets to Arizona does that mean they won't be going to Darwin?
