    When I watch those sides I feel as though I'm watching teams in different leagues. I just don't understand why Melbourne can't do these basic things.

    I get depressed and jealous watching other teams play now. I've just turned off the Collingwood and Geelong game despite it being of a high quality I've lost a fair bit of interest.

    I don't think he is nearly as quick as those players when it comes to disposing the ball, that is one thing they are terrific at and makes up for their lack of leg speed.

    I always enjoy seeing Richmond lose. It's comforting to know there are other supporters out there who have been let down year after year.

    Trengove isn't just a slow runner, he's a slow thinker and is slow to dispose of the ball. That's what separates him from the likes if Mitchell and Watson.

    Trengove and Toumpas are probably the two slowest midfielders in the AFL. Very interesting selections this week.

    I think his comments about the scoreboard before the game were a mistake, the players played like the score didn't matter. I'm not saying that caused it, but it wouldn't have helped.

    There was a moment where he and Priddis were wrestling for the ball, despite being bigger Watts was completely out-muscled and had no hunger to get the ball at all.

    Mitchell has extremely quick hands and has a quick mind which counteracts his slow leg speed. Trengove is slow by hand, by foot and above the shoulders.

    Good point, although I never saw a future in most of those players so their mediocrity doesn't hurt so badly.

    I probably am and it's not his fault he was drafted, I am just so sick of the same mistakes being made at the drafting table year after year.

    I can live with Dawes but add in Toumpas.

    Would get a second round pick at very best. I'd bundle up Trengove and Toumpas back to a South Australian team for a second and fourth round pick.
