I called it at the time, it was 100% there to make up for not paying advantage. I was just annoyed that Fyfe was allowed to hold on to Garland's jumper in marking contests.

We need a show called "Open Slather" where we can get all the recruiters in a room and question every decision they make. It will be great TV and will make us all feel that bit better.

Personally, I'm not too upset because I never expected us to win but I think Tom McDonald summed things up well in his interview. The players just dropped their heads in the last quarter and whilst Fremantle deserved to win I don't think the score fully refelcted our effort. The problem is if Jones isn't playing well the whole team doesn't play well and Fyfe is a beast.

Not that it means all that much, but go back and watch Fyfe's highlights video on YouTube and it wasn't all that great. He was about the size of Cale Morton and his disposal isn't great. Now he is now an athletic beast with football smarts and his disposal still isn't great but he makes up for it in other ways.
