  1. It's already clicked multiple times this year. It's just a matter of getting right on the day.
  2. In the middle two quarters, we struggled to find a target inside the forward fifty and our crumbing the packs was quite poor. What makes Richmond so good is when the ball hits the ground, that's the difference between us and them.
  3. Isn't 8.30 past his bed time? Edit: Just saw this joke was already made, too slow by me.
  4. This.
  5. I just hope there is less glare compared to when we played them over there last time (for either Hawthorn or Melbourne).
  6. I wouldn't drop him, I just thought he was poor with his decision making with the ball. If there was to be a change, the only ones I'd consider would be: JKH in for Spargo Joel Smith in for Spargo (Fritsch forward or on a wing) JKH for Tyson and Joel Smith for Spargo (Fritsch on a wing)
  7. This contact below the knees rule has gone too far.
  8. I wasn't so upset by his missed goal early on, he had to go the checkside I felt but to go back and slot the set shot was a huge effort.
  9. If an All-Australian team was picked based on the past seven or so weeks he'd be starting on the ball.
  10. Melbourne are regularly praised for great player access and it hasn’t affected things so far.
  11. We are going to smash Hawthorn.
  12. I didn’t bloody paint it.
  13. The photographer who took this photo was right in front of me, great photo and mural.
  14. I hope that explains his left foot kick for goal.
  15. Tagging Mitchell meant we had very few ball winners in the middle. Petracca spent a lot of time in the middle and this was before the second coming of Harmes and Brayshaw.
  16. It’s best with Gerard Whateley’s commentary. https://t.co/uj9yZBBwGD?amp=1
  17. Overall, the umpiring for both teams was quite poor. However, watching the game from the boundary (I normally sit up top), it was amazing too see up close the amount of leniency Ablett, Selwood and Dangerfield get from the umpires. As a result, the amount of staging for free kicks by these players (Scott Selwood and Menzel too) was ridiculous.
  18. He didn’t want to kick the ball, toe must be still be sore.
  19. Fair call, their “stars” did scare me a bit but I was secretly confident before the game due to our manic pressure of recent weeks.
  20. The confidence he now plays with is incredible. He set up the win the first quarter.
  21. It was the equivalent of the Watts goal on Queen’s Birthday last year.
  22. I was hoping we’d go for the Power Stance.
  23. Probably already posted but this is just about the best thing from the night.
  24. I’ve always rated vandenBerg, in fact I could see his talent while most people on Demonland were still working out how to spell his name. However, at the game last night you could feel the frustration in the crowd with some of his decision making with the ball (plus dropping a simple chest mark). He did a lot right, but last night wasn’t his best.
