Seen Spencer live 3 times already this season, if you haven't you will see the improvement, he hasn't played well, he has dominated, which he should,love the posters who pot him that haven't. Last week even saw one of his chase downs of a smaller player, nearly broke him in half....asked Jade Rawling about him on the chat...first words "Jake is very competitive", isn't that what some posters are crying out for..support the team

Why do you think he has a six month contract, perhaps they should have said, "to satisfy the blood seekers on Demonland, we want you quickly get up to speed and sack anyone who you think is crap, you have three weeks"

So you didn't read any of the posts in this thread, just the transcripts from the last few Caroline Wilson articles. "Moloney ripped us to shreds", I was waiting for the flashing lights, and the der de de der music, how over dramatic There are 3 camps !. Posters who hate everything and want to sack everybody 2. Posters who are swayed by the latest article or media commentary and paraphrase them whether true/factual or not 3. Posters who are still [censored] off by the way we are playing but listen and form their own opinions and think maybe yes there are issues but sacking a coach six games in, isn't the brightest thing to do, there is no guarantee the replacement could do a better job, let's leave it till the end of the season and see where we stand then, Peter Jackson will have completed his review and he will be ready to make recommendations, if a clean sheet is required then that can occur in September

Do you know it is actually bloody disgustting that a topic about the one player who can be relied on to give his all every single week, still has posts [censored] on the Club, I sometimes wonder what the posters are missing in their life?

And the best part is it is against Port, sit behind the two lovely Port supporters who look like somebody's Granny and Maiden Aunt, but swear and abuse the opposition and the umpires for two hours like two drunken sailors.....highly enteraining, I recommend it.......

Fitzpatrick has had Chronic Fatigue, then diagnosed with diabetes, shoulder operation, then concussion, back for 2 games and has kicked 7, they just want games into him and consistency of effort, could be anything (I asked) Spencer, still developing, only missing being able to be a threat in goal square when resting forward, they have him working on it (again I asked)

The whole idea of Casey is to develop the younger players and not rush them and bring back senior players without rushing them straight back in underdone to the AFL (mistakes we have made in the past) Been to watch 3 Casey games now, listened to talks during the breaks, watched the MFC development coaches during the breaks etc etc, you here the same mantras we hear from Neeld The style of play (which is great to watch) is the style the AFL side is trying to implement, of course against much higher standard teams, but it is attainable, and it is getting ingrained into the younger guys already Neeld in his presser this morning said he is going to reward a couple of the 'younger' players for good form at Casey, which is really good as well, not sure who it will be, as I thought Viney and Toumpas would be back in this week Also I think Rohan Welsh was an inspired choice as Coach

I am not sticking up for the Club, I just don't like one sidedness, quite easy to do for lazy posters, it was just a question, obviously you don't have anything valid to say in reply as you just took the easy route and criticised me, proves my point really doesn't it Also is there anything wrong with sticking up for the Club I support anyway, er must be, the majority of supporters posters on this topic seem to be just critical

Mark Neeld was an assistant at Collingwood, these are some of the duds he coached, Nick Maxwell, Harry O'Brien, Heath Shaw when defensive coach, Dane Swan, Scott Pendlebury, Dale Thomas, when he was midfield coach, let's get a "James Kelly" quote from them. Everything turns quickly, Michael Voss was a genius coach in NAB Cup and his job was on the line five weeks later Sanderson at Adelaide was flavour of the month last year, what now for them?

You don't get close to people, you support them at this time, because they are at the Club trying to do their best, something other posters on here should remember occasionally, offering nothing but constant criticism Must be quite easy to just sit on the sidelines doing nothing but carping

Because Royal had contract and Neeld knew him, Mahoney has always wanted to do Footy Manager, he was reluctant Coach, I know I asked him, he is talented Footy Manager, you don't see his work and Viney is in different roles...coaches I said

Green has his coaching badges and would be snapped up, most don't stay with playing Club That was Moloney's first good game, they were 1 and 3, Rivers left because he wanted to try and play finals in his last year, Bennell is a rookie in home state, Petterd has been given a role, he is now being caught out in that role, the other two can't get a game... and most on here hated the latter 4 with a passion

You mean you interpreted what you thought he said in the report, this is Vlad in SA, he would say David Koch is the greatest media personality in the world if he thought it would ingratiate him with Port, he said Koch had done a good job

You have no idea how it works then, Malthouse kept everybody at Carlton? etc etc...you have to pay out contracts, nobody walks
