  1. Does that mean they would have to let go of something else to do that?
  2. From somebody born in Liverpool, who has a brother who has stood and sat at the Kop end for 50 years and lost a school friend at Hillsboro, an excellent piece ... and that's from an Evertonian!!!
  3. No, he has been rehabbing since Xmas, he now has to continue the rest of his full pre season training
  4. Can I come and watch if you are going to try the above live local so wouldn't need much notice Hogan is Hogan on field, he won't copy anyone off field a really nice guy
  5. I assume you mean when I ask, actually most of them give me good information, apart from Petracca who usually winds me up, I don't share a lot of the information I glean because I don't think some posters on here deserve it
  6. If you look at any pictures of Salem playing, he always has his hands strapped, I asked him if there was any issue, said no, so I believed him, perhaps the hand was a bit sore, so they scanned it, but he regards it as no issue
  7. This is same guy who said Trenners is ready to go for Casey?......he was lurking at training, don't know who he speaks to
  8. He always has his hands strapped, not sure what the issue is, had no bandaging on his hands when we were discussing Arsenal's ignominious exit from the FA Cup and Everton's triumph, just said he was having a light day, think both he and Kent are still being developed so they deload them now and again
  9. I agree think they will just monitor him for symptoms mo need to play him
  10. On Hogan leaving training with Harmes and Frost complimented him on working hard despite having a bad day, Frost added the forwards want to create goals by their pressure, Hoges laughed when I told him he was caught on the big screen counting his fingers also he launched a torpedo during training from just outside the centre square went thru about half way up must read some press
  11. Kent was on a deload day, Dawes was there early, moving freely, Spencer and Viney only absentees Garland had a bad corkie Jetta had a knee on knee knock in the game light day Oliver deload day Wagner slight knee strain VDB rehabbing Matt Jones concussion so light run Newton joins main group on Friday Brayshaw will definitely play at Casey Trengove won't no idea about the Trac told me Rd 10 (smartarse) Salem deload mood very upbeat
  12. No he won't, reckon he will need 3 weeks of solid footy
  13. They tried a different method, last preseason, it made his kicking even worse?.....so he has gone back to the method he has been using since he was a junior
  14. I spoke to him at Etihad yesterday, said 3 weeks away still, so assume 3 weeks of full sessions
  15. I watched him and Frost do it a couple of weeks ago from 50 and 60
  16. He just had an off day I watch him kick them from 60 out at training with that silly run up important was he didn"t drop his head and competed hard all game he gave goals to Kent and Salem thru it
  17. A yearning for the old days when men were men not the stay at home till 30 these days
  18. I'm afraid my cleverness has been acknowledged publicly and not from behind the safety of a keyboard
  19. Actually going for King George V getting the growth to trim back
  20. Changed the image SWYL gone all trendy now beard has waxed ends on moustache having pre game breakfast at Arcadia in Gertrude St perhaps a bit too clever with comment God has sent a commandment down the mountain? back on topic if we match the effort intensity and competitiveness from last two games it may lead to win agree on no injury missive though
  21. Isn't it a pity you can't post stone tablets although yr post is a good facsimile
  22. Knocked back the penalty rates today so I can go and watch does this now mean I can comment afterwards?
  23. I listened on the radio and used my live pass during breaks, so I am not allowed to comment on a public forum, interesting, wasn't defending him, -said he had an off day with his disposall, which unfortunately he still does now and again when he has these games even I look away when he looks to dispose The coaches are working with him, for some reason they have had their hands full in the last couple of years He is a great one on one player and intrecept mark, as he develops will accept the 'over reaching' he will stop more goals than he gives away He has still only played 80 gamesl Perhaps you needed a new target with Jack Watts and Matt Jones playing well
