We had 4 shots inside 50 in a row and didn't even register a score. Should really have won this game. -

Salem isn't finding the ball as easily as in the intra club matches. -

Freos Tall forwards are embarrassing our defenders. Looks like T-Mac has conceded nearly all of them. -

The Dees need to make some better off field investments. I look at what the Bulldogs are doing with their Edgewater development and wonder if such a minnow club like that is making moves like that, why aren't we? -
Anyone else think the AFL are dripping some info into the media to condition the public into taking this 12 months ban shortened to 6 months backdated rubbish? My gut feel is the players will be available Round 1.

I had actually completely forgotten he existed. Shows how important he really is.

Mate. Let's keep expectations realistic. We should be aiming for 6-8 coin toss victories this season. -
I still believe the majority of fans will stand by them. Basically since the start of this the bombers have been on a PR campaign to play the victim. All the witty hashtags like #standbyhird #backourboys #keepfighting They're using their fans undying loyalty to paint themselves in a better light and frankly it disgusts me. Sure, stand by your club, but don't stand by these people who have brought your club to it's knees.

Is there a chance of getting Garlett's suspension backdated? -

From what i can remember Cousins was specifically targeted for hair testing and this is not the standard of drug testing in the AFL.
-
The hair testing was something Ben Cousins wen't through, most of the tests are urine. Your standard "party" drugs which players would use such as cocaine etc are 2-3 days max in a urine test.
-
Trust me, It's rife and has been for years. The drugs only stay in the system for 2 or 3 days, and when you only get tested a handful of times a year, the odds are pretty good not to get busted.
-
Coke is def performance enhancing. More in the bedroom than the footy field i would have thought though.

This just gets better and better. I wonder how long people can possibly still #standbyhird

I was there too. Those goals were rippers, something a big man shouldn't be able to do. There is something about him that is worth persisting. -
The "Boycott" is just another part of the Essendon Spin machine. Wasn't their PR manager the only Essendon person at the James Hird verdict? That speaks volumes.

Humpday goes back to be being Whiteboard Wednesday. Shudddddder.
