  1. Good point, he has turned our previous achilles heel - outside run, into one of our strengths (for at least one half of the ground).
  2. He gave it the Thumbs Up?
  3. Consider it a 'Badge of Honour'. I hope that you keep that certificate, pair it with your 30-year certificate when that comes along and frame them both.
  4. Hmm, may get a bit lonely for you @Dannyz. Whilst Joel is athletic, is he physically strong enough, and assured enough, to play that role?
  5. Well that's just plain stupid. That's a more sensible approach.
  6. Yes, it's a great Port Adelaide tradition.
  7. Port will bar-up if that comes to fruition.
  8. The Royal?...spotting me will be no problem, I'll be the one with my top off.
  9. I don't think we've peaked at all. Working out what is our optimal forward set-up is very much work-in-progress.

Melbourne Football Club Superiority Syndrome...bit soon for me personally but I do like the way we are tracking.
  13. Those low Hawthorn crowd numbers, this IS the reason why...Crufts

Yes, but if he teams well with Ben then it will be Hash Browns! (I will see myself out now)

Definitely not the week to drop Max Gawn.
  16. MFCSS. Thank you for clarifying that @MrReims, lest some people get the wrong idea and think it's some detestable ultra-right faction of the MFC.
  17. Too true, don't know whether to laugh or cry.
  18. Just checked and we were never behind against Geelong, but we did respond well when challenged in the 3rd quarter.
  19. Great post @Altona-demon. Those early season 'come from behind' wins against St Kilda and Geelong were very important in terms of building self-belief.

    Class traitor? Dock on...
  21. That was unforgivable and we should never forget it.
  22. Interesting perspective.
  23. I think that you have hit on a point that explains the divergence in performance between Richmond and Melbourne; in both instances the coaches ex-wives got the Game Plan as part of the settlement.
  24. Legal or not, it was only a small amount and woopty-bloody-do if someone has a puff of marijuana (unless their driving or operating machinery). What Willie's lack of street-smarts has done is create an unnecessary headache for his club. That I don't agree with, facing the full consequence of his actions is probably the only way he is going to learn.
