I doubt that Sylvia has ever completed a full pre-season, and averages about 17 games a season. There always seems to be something that interrupts his season. Hopefully 2013 will provide the opportunity for an injury free year..

I've found that out myself. Gets me confused. Perhaps leave the thread title for a while with a message, "thread merged with whatever".

Remember him in his first game, it was the NAB cup or whatever it was called back then. We had a Fantasy Footy Comp. at work, and I chose him as my tackler. Got laughed at, but I laughed last. Played all games for 80+ tackles.

Bit lucky there. I went to La Trobe University when it was in it's infancy, and we sometimes used Parade College as a change room. Used to be a heap of stuff about our ex-skipper on the walls. A stat that stuck in my head. Probably all gone now, 45 years later.

We were 14 out of 16 in 1999, and played the GF in 2000.
