No way. We wont be saved. We have no good FB and Frawley, Garland or Warnock may take that possie but will take plenty of time. CHF with rivers always injured theres noone to play there. No speed or excietement in the midfield. CHF possibly miller but who knows. FF Newton mabey. Ruck who knows. It will take a long long long time and its a fact we need the first pick. We need good picks. I want the long term sucsess rather than the short term. Im willing to see a 1 win season for Natanui. Anyway thats it for me. Couldnt care less what others think.

well were 1 game closer to being above WCE now. and if we had lost to carlton last yr in final round we would have pick 1 and 3. More people would agree with my thoughts

I doubt ill be the only one but im guttered about todays win. Call me a bad supporter but there is little need of winning. We need more kids as this team will take 5+ years to be good grand final contenders. With the GC and Sydney teams coming in were screwed if we finish second last. Im really really guttered

i would be happy donating that but not everyone can afford it. $25 is actually a lot of $ these days with petrol, living, groceries, education and housing increasing. I spoke to someone on the train a week ago who choose not to buy a paper because he realised it was a way of tighening the household spenditure. Im sorry but it will never ever ever happen that amount of $. Would love it to but people are having enough trouble with $ and luxuries (and yes even footy is a luctury) have to be sacrifised for warmth, food and shelter.

The issue i have is that Dunn is a forward, not a midfielder. Perhaps DB and ND see more than i do putting him in the middle of the ground but for me, his strengths are his pace and goal kicking. Last year he showed in a number of games the ability to kick long range goals from CHF. I really think we are more dangerious with him playing forward and Bate moving to a midfield role. I hope DB doesent make Dunn the new Green

Well Daniel Bells hasnt so who knows. But i think frawley will be a good player

Who knows if cale will be a dud or not. Noone can really say yet. The good thing is he knows how to get the ball. He gets it a lot and although his disposal is off, thats understandable and will take time. I would much prefer his skills were off and he knew how to get the ball as this takes a lot less time to teach and train for.

I actually think Natanui will be more prolific playing FF to be honest. He has shown in games he can kick a bag and he has awsome speed and adjility. Similar to buddy without the mussle

I dont actually want Dal. I mean yeah geez hes a good player but i personally think melbourne is a good 6 years away from being a premiership contender meaning he would be 30 and perhaps get 2-3 good years out of him. If he was 22 then yes but would cost way too much

I wonder if there is any other club that has so many OK players with OP. Sylvia, Moloney and Riv...is there any chance the club can do surgery like what the sydney defender Malceski had?

Another innitative: Players go away on trips yes like preseason ones...well why dont we sell tickets for supporters to tag along with players. I know it sounds a bit weird but it could generate a fair amount of $ as i would be prepared giving $5000 just to spend a few days with the boys

Yze is a shame of a story. great player years ago and in 05 reaked some havic in the forward line. Just doesent have it in my books anymore. Got the ball a lot on monday but 2 selfish acts, espectually when sylvia was all free 30 metres from goal nearly straight on and he has a pot shot.

Ur right i have no idea. Daniel Bell is a gem. The best pick we ever used was on him and he is the next McLeod.

he said, i said bla bla bla. Realistically he will never make it. Over his career he hasnt strung good multiple games toghether and his decision making or lack of has cost us in him 50 or so games. I'v had it with him.

Ur joking. Last year he had a few good games. And people still praise him for that tackle he made against adelaide at the G last year. Big deal. He is hopeless. I have never ever rated him but he has sunk to a new low. Even if he was playing at last years standards he is a very ordinary player to play 50 games

I am completely fed up of this player. Too many of his decisions are terrible and today hand balled to collingwood players outside the goal square twice. Many more clangers were made by him. Garland has shown more to date than Bell has and ill be the first to say he is the worst player on our list who has played more than 50 games.

I cant believe some of the people on here. It was a fu**** disgrace seing very few melbourne supporters at the game and i recon if we actually did relocate only 20% of supporters would really honestly feel sad. the others would feel brief sadness and move on. Thank god there are just some people on here that care for the club enough to get to the games and support the team who need it more than ever.

im going to really cop some here for saying this but i really hope greeny has a great year. If its true, that he wants to leave we will get mkore for him if he has a good year obviously.
