  1. If we’re choosing between three average players I pick the fast one - Sharp
  2. Strewth I don’t think the ANZACs fought for Hugh Sheridan to butcher Bridge Over Troubled Waters 😂
  3. First charges but not the first time Balta has been involved in a public punch on, he’s got form
  4. Why because I didn’t meekly sit back and thank the poster for patronising me? Besides that, who are you that I want your respect
  5. The response is exceeedingly patronising, literally mansplaining it back to me. It’s assuming that I know absolutely nothing about football. That’s what mansplaining is, without any evidence it’s been assumed I have no background knowledges and I need things explained to me I’ll break it down for you It's not hard to understand ...he plays for himself. Culture killer. Yes, I watch football and am aware that Jack Ginnivan is an extremely selfish player The best clubs understand that a team is a mix of people and personalities as much as football or positional abilities. Again, I have watched VFL/AFL football for 38 years, I am aware that teams need a balance of personalities & selfish players are not great teammates The pies are very strong and well run club and have a bold FD that act on what they are seeing. For the third time, anyone nuffie enough to be posting in a footy forum is likely to know that Collingwood are a well run club He's been OK at the Hawks in a team they were trying to inject personality into. Now they're getting serious he'll fall by the wayside. As I mentioned earlier, I watch footy & I know Ginnivan had a decent 2024 but hasn’t had a great start to season 2025 And after all of that my original question wasn’t answered. What I want to know is why Collingwood were happy to let go of a premiership player, one who they publicly supported on many occasions.
  6. Maybe the problem is tis new happy & relaxed version of Ross Lyon 😂
  7. This isn’t explaining what happened in the trade this is you mansplaining what you think me & my ovaries don’t understand
  8. There is something to be said for giving Chandler more opportunity further up the ground. He has the pace & he competes hard. Hopefully he’ll continue to get a run in that position rather than deep forward
  9. I’d love the tea on that trade. There’s got to be a reason they were so happy to get rid of him
  10. It’s funny isn’t it - even if we leave the Brayshaw stuff out of the conversation I’ve only ever viewed him as a sniper and yet he’s lauded as tough
  11. Taylor froths for Collingwood like they didn’t drop him for the 1990 premiership 😂
  12. Tholstrup straight in is insanity
  13. Claz & Spud Murphy from Trainspotting
  14. It seems like Gus was the personality that kept the equilibrium in the group. A massive call to make about one player but it feels like he was THAT important. I’ll never ever forgive that weak dog Maynard, or forget the pissweak response from the AFL. Or the fact the Collingwood fans cheered as Brayshaw was carted off. Outside of that I’m a completely sane & balanced person 😂
  15. And Horse hs a good track record of making the most of low skill players 😂
  16. Mine are too but I don’t have them involved in discussions with my employer
  17. I realise I’m in the minority here but Trac is a grown adult, why are the club talking to his parents? At times it feels like these blokes are treated like giant primary school kids
  18. Conceding two goals in the last minute was disgraceful
  19. Since there’ll be about 20 of us at the MCG what sandwiches shall I bring? Who’s in charge of the cheese platter? Easter egg hunt at half time 😂
  20. My dating profile includes the photo of ANB spewing so don’t be shy about sharing this one. Let’s remember the good times 😂
  21. To complete this mental picture I’ve decided you were right near the Richmond cheer squad ‘Cop That’ banner 😂
  22. There was a point in that Richmond game where it got weirdly quiet around the ground, as if all the Melbourne supporters took a collective breath & realised we were pretty serious
  23. For a bloke who is quite average at his own job BT is super confident about critiquing the goal umpires. He’s always banging on about them not wanting to take responsibility for decisions by having them reviewed. I’m aussming but wouldn’t the review-happiness be an AFL directive
  24. Every time Adelaide hit a forward on the chest I’m like ‘ooo, nice pass’ But are they actually nice passes or is it that I haven’t seen any decent forward entries for 4 years.
  25. We have the potential to be first AFL club to play at the old Woomera range 😂
