  1. Of course I am aware of that, he won our b&f last year year and was top ten in the brownlow medal(as much as it shocked me) but lets be honest, there have been much worse performers for our club.
  2. Watch for Jesse Lonergan, and Thurlow from Tasmania, both from Launceston. Have been playing against big bodies for a while, can see Lonergan really going well, hopefully Hawthorn draft one of these two boys.
  3. Would it be fair to say that they are easing back into it, come on Watts, harden up son!
  4. Franklin, WINES. I like the fact stiller was a melbourne supporter as a kid. Perhaps he belongs with us!!
  5. Sounds good, I Watched some SANFL games this year, generally the ball movement and foot speed seemed a lot quicker compared to some other leagues, not sure if any one else thought that. I'm sure there are plenty of good prospects to look at and it will he interesting to see what type of player they chase ,id they decide to go down that path.
  6. Sounds good, where does he come from? Have any info on him?
  7. Then give us something else to talk about.....FFS
  8. "BUBBLES AND SQUEAK"!!!!! Just throwing it out there...could catch on. Thoughts...
  9. Dominated by a far superior midfield group. And a 44 point quarter time margain.
  10. Also Mitch Clark, was on fire. Green and Sylvia has the big stage frights, hardly touched it!
  11. We are on the road to recovery, and are the last team that can afford to give up first round draft picks! What happens if Hogan ends up being gumbleton or a Mitch Thorp? Then our reserves don't look so good. Would we be happier to be fined ? ;-(
  12. Apparently he kept on getting lost on the way to work, so he thought Carlton might be a bit less stressfull, therefore, he thought it help him play better football.
  13. Does anyone remember that tackle Trengove put on Dangerfield? He was given 3 weeks for it, even with the best lawyer QC and 25 seperate still shots, showing how it was actually where Dangerfields legs were positioned during the tackle which resulted in his head hitting the turf, not necessarily the tackle itself that was at fault. Even with substantial evidence on our side eg. Kick after the siren. WE WILL GET DONE FOR THIS AND GET DONE HARD. WE ALWAYS DO! Most importantly is that the process drags past the national draft , which it will, then we can cop it on the shoulder. My prediction is that we get fined, someone gets the sack and we loose 2 draft picks.
  14. When you say "it" are you referring to "HULK"
  15. Great, keep us up to date on the game plan/ training drills/ set plays. GO THE DEES.
  16. How did it compare to the first training session last year, Jose, or for anyone who watched them both? Last chance for Davey this year, not a good start by the sounds of it.
  17. Did Bailey tank when we lost to Geelong by one of the largest losing margins in the history of VFL/AFL football? Or was he just hopeless?
  18. How random, I thought he would be suited to a forward line coach. ??? I heard he was joining the A-league.
  19. Don't like the sound of it. Pick the most obvious for number 4, either going to be Wines, Grundy, Toumpas or Mayes.
  20. Plus his results from the combine were up with the midfielders, also in his highlights I noticed whenever he takes a mark (being forward or back ) how quickly he runs back of his mark , looking to move the ball on straight away. Looks a huge talent! Being able to play in the backline is a great assett to his game. Probably shows he has some footy smarts also ;-)
