Ok so I just watched our 2003 game v the Hawks on foxtel where we won by 1 goal. Actually found it sad, so many players Yze Neitz, Jeff White Robertson Leoncelli, could go on for ever. But what I want to know is, if you could have just one player fit and firing from the 90s or 2000s that could play with the side we have now, who would it be? Remembering we have the exact side now, you just add a player in his prime who would it be? I will kick start it and I will go with Shane Woewodin in the midfield, In my opinion that A grader we are missing, Go ahead

Last night it came to my attention that Neale Daniher is still around in the football coaching circles. Does any one think he will ever be a senior coach again? Do you guys rate him? I loved Neale, yes good and bad in his coaching, curious to what you think.

Would of liked to see Rory Taggert, must be a reason why he is not playing. Look forward to seeing Evans could be a smoky in the midfield this year for us.

The Giants round 3 game is on foxtel, GC,Port and us are the only three teams that are getting stiched up with not one game in round 2 or 3. The bulldogs also get a coverage game in round 2.

It just came to my attention that more than likely this week will be our only game on TV this NAB Cup campaign unless we make the grand final. In both round 2 and 3, we are playing in rural areas and Foxtel are not covering them. Just thought I would let every one know who did not know already. Very disappointing but guess that's the life of a Dee supporter.

Ok so Rory Taggert walked past me in the shops yesterday and when I say the kid is HUGE I mean HUGE. He is a monster, I actually never realised this, and it was the first time seeing him. Has he be living in the gym all year? Is he going to play Mid or is that the plan? For those who havent seen him, he is just so built like a horse. To be honest, I havent seen him play yet has any one??

There could be a very real chance if we keep our pick 4, that Melbourne Football Club will call out a young indigenous player named Josh Simpson. I know we have been linked with Oliver Wines, but the wraps on this kid are huge. Liken him to Jack Martin minus the possession count Martin has got during the under 18s, they are very similar. He has that star factor/ ability to turn a game. He is ranked from about 12-20 in this years draft and the Pies are very keen I hear. I would love it if we took a risk and got him with pick 4. Would be like the Stephen Hill type situation in 08 I think. Will the Dees call him out if Wines goes number #3 to GWS. Ok this really annoys me about the MFC Website. Why dont they update our team page when players come in and out on the offical MFC team list webpage. I like to see C Dawes, S Byrnes,J Hogan, J Viney, D Barry actually on the list and see how our list is shaping. And see B Moloney, J Rivers B Green, and players gone not on the page. 95% of other clubs update as soon as they players come along. This just really does my head in, picky I know but yeah. should be done

Gut feel, Dawes to the Bulldogs. Got a feeling the Bulldogs will do something as stupid as giving up pick 5 to the Pies and getting back Dawes and pick 18. Time will tell I guess

Latest rumour is Cale wants to play with his brother Mitch at Sydney, consdering the Swans track record with these sorts of players I think it could be very well on the way after the Tippet deal is done. The mail is the swans are offering Brett Meredith a former Northern Knight boy with lovely kick. Also I might add the swans just delisted 5 players and Brett was not one of them. He also did not play all year, so I reccon the rumour could have some truth to it. Thoughts??

Is Sylvia,s value up now, then what it will be 12 months down the track. What would we get for him if we put him up for trade on Monday? I post this question because I can just see him following his mate Moloney down the Free Agency road next year. Would it be more beneficial to us if we trade him.

Jack Darling stands ar 190cm, Membrey at 189cm. Will be a steal if we get him at #23 but I doubt it since his value has gone up with media attention. If we get C Dawes, Having Dawes an Clark in the foward line, he will play the same role Darling does as 3rd tall. Im just so hyped about this Kid.
