We are basically bottom of the table for 8th yr straight with players who cant kick, chase, even talk with the worst culture in the league. We need to turn over as much as possible and start from basically scratch. We need to leave no stone unturned or be reserved and over protective of our players. If we can get like for like swaps we should take em as the player coming in wont be mentally scarred.

Id take Hrovat for a 1-3 pick downgrade

Richmond failed at Tambling...if they toom your advice they wouldnt now have Martin Cotchin Ellis ect in theyre midfield.
