As I understand it......Each of the defendants will have their own set of lawyers arguing for their own client......Each of the defendants are judged(for want of a better word)on their deeds on the night.....So If the co accused did something that the Magistrate believed true and the other co accused did not then 1 could be sent to trial whilst the other two may not.....Stand to be corrected....

This case is not to prove or disprove Innocence/Guilt.....It is to see if there is enough evidence to go to trial...Therefore the prosecution must convience the Magistrate that there is......If so a trial will be held in the Supreme Court of the NT.Where Guilt or Innocence will have to be proved to a jury.....

The court has heard that Basil Jurrah was so drunk that he could not stand and the he attacked Liam with a machette and that Liam was defending himself......The witness also stated that she had not seen Liam hit anyone....This is a woman that had not been drinking that night and is a party that was on the opposing side and called by the prosecution...On the age web site for anybody interested....(I don't know how to post a link)

So what's the answer?????Trade our first and second round picks for matured so so players from other clubs?? and miss out on a possible Judd,Selwood,....Brisbane made that mistake and are just getting over it.....The great players will not come to our club as they usually stay at their original club and we must be very careful...It's alright to be ruthless but you have to make sure that you are not paying Peter to pay Paul....

All of the above was said about Colin Sylvia earlier this year.......A lot of posters said that he should be moved on....delisted....traded to anyone who would have him......He has now found some form and it's very quiet all of a sudden....Moloney is out of form for whatever reason and I for one believe that he will turn his form around and should be kept on the list.....If he goes it will bite us on the bum....and every one here will be saying Why did we let him go?????....What were the FD thinking?????? Even when he won the B&F expert posters on here wre calling him a flat track bully......If you don't like him...fine...but this year was told to lose weight....be more defensive....and completely change your game....This is difficult for more senior players.

Spencer in just 22 years old and has played 11 games.....has improved a great deal.....He just need a chance which will be given in the last 7 weeks.......I keep going on about ruckmen who have become great players once they have reach age and maturity....they all look like ugly ducklings when starting out.....The ruckmen that everyone raves about now, started just the way Spence is starting.....Good big men are hard to find and we must give him time to mature.....

I agree Macca.......It's so easy to pick out players good points and their faults.....If Jose did the same assessment of any other of our players.....The results would be very similar......Therefore 25 of our players would be put on the market to see what we could get for them.......As I have said before It sickens me the bagging that our players get from so called supporters.....BTW I liked your old avitar better.....

I thought Judd was best on ground....It's a pity that frustration makes him do stupid acts like this...2 weeks.
