Hmmmmm, interesting.

Let's just hope he does. If he doesn't I suspect the vitriol directed towards him will make Scully look like a favourite son.
-
Col Garland is still on the list. Just saying.

You're probably right you optimistic [censored]. Get stuffed.
-
Hope not.

BBO I agree, it's a shitsandwich and we can put a bit of mayo on it but it's still a shitsandwich. Give me a few hours and I'll find some positives.

He was. I haven't rated him as highly as most but if he can bring that to the table it'd be a real fillip for the club.

Former Adelaide Crows coach and media personality Graham Cornes said he had spoken to Mr Dank after the shooting. "I've spoken to Stephen Dank he feels it was an attempt to silence him from a speaking engagement ... he's angry," Cornes said."Dank feels it was an attempt to prevent him saying what he was going to say at a football lunch." You've got to hand it to Dank. He's always on the cusp of spilling the beans but unfortunately something always happens that prevents it. Very unlucky. Sociopath

The story that keeps on giving. You could not make this up. Unless, of course he staged the whole thing, in which case you could make this whole thing up.

Police are looking for a suspect with a distinctly orange complexion
-
Ah yes, the diamond defence. Absolutely impregnable.

I blame myself. 'Let me tell you something my friend. Hope is a dangerous thing. Hope can drive a man insane.'
-
We'll need to bring in a rain dance expert to minimize the massacre

Stretch omitted for less speed was odd.

An after the fact observation perhaps (thought about it whilst we were giving up 7 goals in a row) but - whilst I can't stand them, the one thing you can say about Hawthorn is that they deliver a certain standard virtually every week. Often they are great, yes, but rarely are they poor. That's professionalism. We're a long way from that as it stands. A very long way. We have too many who are the proverbial 'confidence players'. If I took a look at the team today I'd say Kennedy, Garlett, Petracca, Matt Jones, Kent, Watts (not so much this year) and Hogan all fall into this category. St Kilda lauds it over us because they know we can move to shite poor very quickly because the collective belief of the team is often shaky. And yet we have a bloke like Viney whose willingness to fight the fight is innate. I have no idea what the solution is. Other than alcohol.

Tried to come up with a pithy comment BBO. Couldn't. That trip to Darwin took it out of me. Very disappointed.

That last passage of play was frighteningly bad
-
You really don't have any interest in the game, do you? The Demonland version of an ambulance chaser.
-
Pity he wasn't as good with figures when his company went bankrupt.
-
Wouldn't it be a nice change up if we got the late goal
-
Montagna is a has-been that we make look like a champ of the game every single time.
-
My greatest regret ET, changing the name of that thread. Would still be going otherwise.
-
Hmmm, you make some good points there

Normally I wouldn't condone assassination attempts...
