I have it on good authority that Sam MaClure has placed a bug under Gary Pert’s plate and, not to be outdone, Sam Edmund has placed one in a urinal cake -
No Dees, he's gone if we trade him. I get the other side of the argument but I hope we hold him to his contract.

Welcome to Norlane Clayton. The jewel in the Bellarine crown
-
Not erotic Mathematicians Diamond Jim? Square roots and all that.
-
Clayton's no rocket scientist.

We’re in agreement. But don’t ever call me scum again😎. I know truth is a defence…but still

I reckon you could make a fair case that DH's like Sam Manure deliberately seek to cause disruption. You only had to see their disappointment when CPL came back into the fold. Are they fully responsible? Absolutely not. But they are very keen to destabilize the club.

It's bloody Orwellian and the Ministry for Truth, isn't it.

Allegedly

Giving the CEO the flick would get that bridge built pretty quickly imo

How about we just don't trade Clayton? Works for me. We really don't have to.

St Kilda wants to change father son rules

Except it's not luck of the draw. Big clubs such as Carlton and Collingwood conveniently forget that they originally extorted a barely operational system in the first place in obtaining the Peter Daicos' of this world. Much like the bloodlines of a horse, they have inherited a superior gene pool in respect to the sport. -
Read the last paragraph. In other words, in July he had a conversation (allegedly) and has tagged this on to give the post credence. It doesn't have to be truthful but rather, give the illusion of truth. I've always liked the late comedian George Burn's quote: The key to success is sincerity. If you can fake that you've got it made.

Clarrie, as great a footballer as he is, has always come across as a little immature and easily lead. I can't help but feel that the genesis of much of this was when we seemingly did away with the 'no DH' rule. A recently retired player (and poor driver) who came to us from a West Melbourne club was a certified DH and, from all accounts, a son of a gun who cannot play for us for a while, if ever. smashed through the DH ceiling also. His head was turned. I may well be wrong but this has always been my gut feel.

I'm not across the review. Am I right in suggesting that Gary Pert is, in effect, partially reviewing himself?

The Border-Gavaskar Trophy first Test starts 22nd November. I'd prefer it started next week.
-
All the focus is on Geelong as if it's a two team comp. The Cats always seem to sway the media into conveying to the public it's the player's only option. It is not.
-
Because Demonland loves to be outraged. Have you not read the game threads? Heads must roll if we're 10 points down at half-time.
-
Florent and Gulden have been woeful. Absolutely unaccountable performances

Because BT makes Bruce look like Winks

The Swans have been dismal. For starters, there's no-one in the middle wanting to do the grunt work. They all want to be the bloke who streams out of the centre or who takes the handball receive. Meanwhile, they've got their best in-an -under player in Parker minding Harris Andrews in the forward line. The Horse has outsmarted himself in my opinion.
