  1. @joeboy I should also add that I read your 3 word analysis regularly and do enjoy your work. We all get frustrated with losing and I am no different
  2. A whole lot of babble which means nothing. Ok, did you think Trent Rivers looked disinterested?
  3. No, I'm into a bit of logic. You should try it. If 20 or so players are deemed hopeless, heartless, past it or disinterested, it's impossible for them to lose by 4 goals. If you agree with all of those half - baked assessments, do yourself a favour and don't follow the team at all.
  4. We and a few others (St Kilda comes to mind) are the media's low hanging fruit. Never mind that we have a farcically uneven competition that has very little semblance of equalization. And a Head of the AFL with no capacity or inclination to rectify it.
  5. Beg to differ
  6. Sure: Fritsch - tackles and goals Rivers - 27 possessions. Disinterested? Sharp - (sub) provided some spark Langford - continues to grow Bowey - beat direct opponent Jefferson - started slowly. Glimpses
  7. You’ve given two players a positive review (of sorts) and yet we had two players less for most of the game and went down by four goals. Genuinely clueless assessments
  8. Very, very good.
  9. That was very good to see.
  10. Glad I posted that I'd been underwhelmed previously when watching Kalani😊 Fantastic to see that performance.
  11. Really hope Kalani plays well. I've been trying to follow his progress for a while and it's been a little underwhelming based on efforts against same agers. Hopefully there's a master plan!!
  12. Still miss ANB Adonski.
  13. Hopefully we can coach that out of him.
  14. If the Saints match was very like us, then running Collingwood very close (and nailing shots from everywhere) is also very much like us.
  15. May - marked too harshly
  16. Dazzle, please tell me the punchline is 'for leather poisoning' and not something serious
  17. Take your point but right now there's not as much of a career to stuff.
  18. If you hated it an hour ago, try listening to Kelli and Dermi.
  19. Have wandered down to see Jefferson play in the 2's (Frankston ground) previously and he's done well. And would love to see him make a successful transition to the Senior side. I was going to write that you can't teach mongrel, but I do think he doesn't project energy. He's a big player who somehow makes himself seem small. His posture alone shouts that to me. I couldn't be at the game yesterday but I seem to recall he played down back for Casey occasionally for spells and got involved. Is this an option for him?
  20. Nothing that a set of crutches thrown at the head couldn't fix.
  21. I know they beat us......but Norf players are just jogging.
  22. Super, I hold a different view. I suspect some of their older players will be found out over the course of a long season. At least I hope so.
  23. I genuinely think he had no intention whatsoever of going for the ball. He made up his mind very quickly that he wanted to hurt his opponent. Had no interest in the ball whatsever.
  24. If Gold Coast lose this, they'll have to expand their academy zone to Australia-wide.
