  1. Wayne Ludbey. ‏@WLudbey 4m @JackWatts4 ,had 2 see the demons doctor today due 2 leather poisoning on the training track, #25 touches in 1 drill
  2. Prefer one...Grimes for me and will be happy with Mr Jones if the there is two.. So glad this will be over, controversial topic with much passion
  3. Last year/season was the lowest, we cant go lower as a club, All been uphill since and changes throughout the club, as stated above the players are a year older and some quality senior heads added A new coach Paul Roos has a reputation and respect The club/players seem happier going by training notes and MFC media so PLEASE no more multiple 100 point losses.
  4. Yes it is sounding positive in the fitness area, good to hear Gawn and Jamar competing..thanks for the report...
  5. We only see or hear (reports and thanks to those that do) about the 1 to 2 hour sessions open to public 3 times a week, mentioned heaps, training indoors, different locations.. I am also reading plenty of media on other clubs with major injuries, Adelaide a good example, our Col Garland is the main issue reported.. Mitch Clark a foot problem and been through rehab and he says it's OK, I believe. Had a hamstring issue prior to Xmas and now taking care and on his way back and raring to go.. Round 1 can't come quick enough, fairly sure we are going to find it very hard to pick a side with so many available
  6. Trenners, Dunn and Watts were the standouts at training a report from A Dee supporter on site I trust..JKH as well
  7. Big chance Clark, Dawes and Hogan will all run out for round 1... Plus have a choice on 3 rucks.. Jamar, Spencer and Gawn, marvelous how things change, still 50 days to go
  8. Mitch Clark discounting rumors on his famous foot on Twitter Will be running out with the boys can't wait Mitch Clark ‏@MitchClark11 1h Apparently some rumours going around that my foot is no good. Couldn't be further from the truth and I can't wait to run out with the boys
  9. With some luck he will be OK for the first round
  10. All coming together Kent, Jamar and Dawes back in main group, would think with modified programs they wouldn't be far off full fitness.
  11. New Recruiting Staff 2012 and the list looks good after the failure of Barry Prendergast 2011 Draft only Mitch Clark survives, 2009 at least 4 survive and yes would also say Paul Roos is the start of a positive for the Dees
  12. Draft ..Jimmy Toumpas, Jack Viney Dean Kent, Dean Terlich and Matt Jones Trade Jesse Hogan and Dom Barry
  13. I have been advised wing is now mid and i am sure Roos wants Watts on the wing/mid taking the ball from defence and yes a great target in open spaces..Watts not a good option for inside mid..
  14. Jake Spencer, keen as, number 1 role and is Roos back at training this morning
  15. Short but sweat thanks appreciated and was against white as alternative strip , this could be the acceptation..
  16. All first year players are at Etihad includes Salem and Hogan
  17. Jack Viney posted on twitter, good luck with reports Hogan and Salem would be at that conference (All first year players are at Etihad)
  18. Happy with Hogan and he will develop well under Paul Roos and now that the midfield has had some attention, timing is perfect...
  19. Bit sad that no one has come up through the earlier drafting. Over the next 3 years I can see Jack Viney, Christian Salem and Jimmy Toumpas pushing into the top 10%, hopefully a couple more of the Jacks as well, if Mitch Clark is clear of injuries and becomes a regular a good chance.
  20. At Melbourne training after the trials from a friend on site, a quick summary and Impressed with their training level after their 3k trial Camaraderie was the best he has seen Guys looked fit and sharp, plenty of inside work with plenty of pressure from players, skill level high. 30 minute 3/4 ground use with players running off for handballs and zone kicking to a group further on contesting once again skill level very high all carried out out a good pace. Clark had a pressure bandage on high up the thigh and did little, Dawes ran laps, he was not there when Hogan limped off
