Kent will be a contender for a fwd role, good back up and possible permanent in time..JKH may keep him out or visa versa early on Matt Jones, hearing positive and a good first year in a bad side..has speed and Roos may play Matt in the mid area, may take over from Nate Jones in time

I want JKH to be our gun small fwd, talk so far is positive, we were very lucky i think to get him at pick 40, training notes on JKH excite me and now i want to see it Round 1 2014...

Not a Jones fan as a captain, 2 B&F's last 2 years and 2nd last on ladder both years, 2 first year players came 3rd and 4th, has no elite areas in his game.... injuries eliminated better players, hope he proves me wrong and with added recruits he may be free to play his best football..seems to be a loner and not suited as a leader. Jack Grimes is a true leader and should be the captain...

Mine Improvers Jack Viney, Matt Jones & Dean Terlich first year players last season, Viney future leader, Dean a certainty for a role in defence.. Matt Jones has impressed Roos with speed and could play a role through the middle.. Jack Grimes..suited to defence at half back, hopefully the captain long term Jack Trengove over injuries hopefully, a full pre season would love to see him half forward as Brad Green role, will play in the middle I think Jack Watts...A Paul Roos project to play as a mid (wing), we may see a more settled Watts, he will be a target from defence, great kick so fwds will enjoy. Sliders Nathan Jones...With recruiting strong in the middle our major weakness he will be up against taller, faster players Toumpas, Cross, Vince Tyson, Watts and Matt Jones Sam Blease...again recruiting has made it harder for Sam who has genuine speed, needs to lift big time and more often Nicholson and Mckenzie will play most of their games with Casey...

Not worried, most are over 18 and should be motivated enough, support staff mostly selected by Paul Roos will carry out what is required and would be under direction, we also have a month before Nab cup games...a break is good..

Like it..dreaming already with all the positive talk and what an exciting potential forward structure to feed off..
