11 and 47 for Judd and 23? Most clubs seem content on trading out of the first round this year. Getting a best 23 player while keeping an early second rounder may appeal? Or perhaps more likely is we get 29 and a future 2nd with a 3rd rounder going back their way. I don't know. Losing Judd sucks and it's unlikely we're going to get fair value.

Mason Cox is also 34. We're getting Max Heath anyway who will be 23 at the start of next season.

Always felt this expression falls short. For me, how my GIT system processes the pudding is equally important. Anything can taste good, I just dont want to spend the next 4 hours with the runs. Guess 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating and sh!tting" doesn't sound as nice.
I'm still on the Farrow bandwagon. Wouldn't be upset with him at a mid first round pick if we get our hands on one.
Perhaps Hawthorn could be involved in some way for Mitch Lewis? Unlikely maybe given our interest in Mihocek.. If we acquire I high pick in this draft, I wouldn't be opposed to stock piling picks for next year and going hard for Butters.
If we lose out on Flanders to the Saints, and they do indeed pay pick 7, GC will be left with picks 6, 7, 13, 16 and 31. Highly doubt we would get 6 and 7 for Petracca but 6 and 13 could be realistic. Gold Coast essentially swap out Flanders for Petracca and pay pick 13 for the privilege. We get our alleged desired 2 x top 15 picks.
I'm not so sure. Both of those picks could easily end up in the 20s. Surely we can do better than that for trac.

Sounds like Suns are refusing to entertain Humphrey as being part of any move this off-season. Would have been the ideal outcome if Petracca nominated the Suns.

This proposal had Adelaide giving up their f1, not us. Essentially Petracca and 23 for Flanders and Pick 6.
These things are usually not straight forward and I suspect a club like Gold Coast may get involved. Out: Petracca In: Flanders and Pick 14 Or Pick 6 (10-12) and 14 (20+) Not the worst outcome. Onus is on Adelaide to get the deal done. They'll have motivation to not drag their heals and offer unders as they'll want to secure a piece that could unlock a chance at a premiership.

Windhager overseas and yet to sign with Saints. Cal says Melbourne and North still making plays for him. Expect to have more clarity over his intentions sometime next week.
Cal says Spargos age and contract length could result in us getting an end of 2nd round pick. Not a bad outcome.
