Finn Emile-Brennan
PMBangers from https://central.rookieme.com/ answers a question about Finn on a draft thread from bigfooty. Yeah he really caught my eye in Round 1 vs Eastern, I've made the Wanganeen-Milera comparison with his movement and kicking at short to medium distances, uses it really well by hand and is surprisingly comfortable with contact for a slim frame, in comparison to some of the other medium defender options in the draft frame he's looking pretty high up, especially if he can keep improving each week. I could see him going first round if he gets an opportunity in the midfield, but currently I think a guy like Conrad Williams provides a similar skill set and he's more proven over time.

2022 Indigenous Jumper
Blue sky, red earth. I get why they've swapped it around for the story telling, which I assume they will release an article on, and still easily identifiable as Melbourne. Not my favourite design but I like it nonetheless.

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
If Geelong win there will be a two game gap already (3 for us) between the top 7 and the rest of the competition. Don't think I've seen a ladder separation like that this early on in the season.

Port are truly useless

Low Attendance
I asked my mum why she wasn't going to the footy. She said she'd rather do a puzzle.

Work for me.

Potential Father Son Prospect Noah Yze
Nice, do they keep stats for u16s? Hope he's just enjoying his footy for now but always good to hear about potential father sons. Supposed to be a talented sportsman from what I remember reading.

TEAMS: Rd 05 vs GWS
Would be strange to not have Tomlinson as an emergency if May was under a fitness cloud.

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
What a boring schedule of good friday footy.

CASEY: Rd 04 vs Coburg
Blake Howes not playing this weekend, no reason given on the website article.

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
Had a giggle when the doggies fan gave a Bronx cheers to the umps when they were paid a free kick late in the game. Must be completely oblivious to the easy run they've had for the last 5+ years.

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
Kangas with 4 in a row. Doggies players looking confused and frustrated with the free kick count going against them. Unusual territory for them. Edit - 5 in a row

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
As much as I dislike the bulldogs free ride with the umps and weightman milking frees, part of me wants to see a game that surpasses our 186 horror.

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
Weightman couldn't throw himself backwards any further. That stuff should start being fined to get it out of the game.

NON-MFC: Round 5, 2022
Percentage boost for the dogs coming up it seems. Doing as they please.

Farewell Luke Jackson
As long as he stays and we have coin left over for Oliver I'm happy.

ANZAC Eve Guernsey 2022
Can you order one with a number? Haven't seen that as an available option before.

Finn Emile-Brennan
Named 3rd best on for Dandenong in their win over the Lions academy. Very early days but if he keeps this form up he might be out of reach for us.

NON-MFC: Round 4, 2022
Cripps subbed out of the game, a Suns upset just became more likely. Hamstring injury

CASEY: Rd 03 vs Williamstown
Are we sure the stats are correct? A total of 250 touches for the team seems incredibly low for a comfortable victory. Around about 50 - 100 less disposals than most other teams so far this round as well.

CASEY: Rd 03 vs Williamstown
I really liked the look of him vs Sandy where he picked up 22 touches and kicked 2. Not much of an opponent that day I know. Didn't do much against the Bombers but it was a bit of an odd game with a depleted team and scratchy form from most players that day. What I liked most from what I saw was his vision and disposal, seems to make the right call quickly and disposes cleanly. I've liked him since his draft year so probably some bias coming in there and perhaps gone a bit early about his chances of getting a senior gig. A bit of projection here but give him half a season at VFL level and I have faith he will soon be putting his hand up for a senior gig. Unfortunately for him it's a tough team to crack into and one that Simon doesn't play around with too much.

CASEY: Rd 03 vs Williamstown
Was a little bit surprised to see Howes named as an emergency for Thursdays game. Be interested to see how he goes on Saturday and if he can really put his name up in the coming weeks. Been quietly impressed with Laurie so far as a mid/half forward. Think he's got the ability to crack a debut sooner rather than later.

CHANGES: Rd 05 vs GWS
I actually thought kozzie was good tonight, so many plays where he wouldn't have got a stat but neutralised the ball or caused a turnover from his pressure. The goals will come. I'd watch the replay again to reasses his game but I don't hate myself that much.

VOTES: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
6. Gawn 5. May 4. Langdon 3. Harmes 2. Fritsch 1. Jordon Apologies to Sparrow (fix up your delivery inside 50) and Brayshaw. ANB also good.

POSTGAME: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
One of the most painful wins I've watched but it's still a win. Gawn, Harmes, May, Langdon and Jordan played well, not much else to take out of it except it was a win without Oliver and Petracca starring. Hope Wines is OK.
