We dropped the Adelaide and Collingwood games at the same time last year. Is it a pattern. We only just beat Sydney last year at the G, as I remember it. No need to panic yet!

It was confirmed on SEN that Gold Coast have contacted Tex Walker. But how you can define them as in the Premiership Window, I don’t know.

Was in the MCC. Had 6 feral Saints supporters insulting us the whole second half. Called our players ‘flops’. Said we were ‘weak’ and that they had ‘found us out’ and they would ‘beat us next time’. I have to admit that I got drawn in and called them ‘sore losers’. I am so glad we won.

You can’t tell some people! Butters, Rozzee etc (All good young players of good character) . Port have a culture of scrapping which the Bulldogs, Essendon etc don’t have right now. I believe that Port will be one of the teams we should respect going forward. But people in Melbourne seem very narrow minded about other peoples ideas and write them off too easily. Ok. I admit! They gave up too easily to the Bulldogs but Port have been there or thereabouts a for 20 years now. They rarely drop off! They shall be back! We need to be ready for them! Even if they don’t make the Grand Final this year or even the Finals, they shall soon enough!

Luke Jackson will be our number one Ruck in 3 years time and Gawn shall retire and become a coach for us then. That is what is what I would guess the tea leaves are saying!

And that is your right, but time shall tell. Their youngsters are fantastic!

Bulldogs are bottom 10. I said at the beginning of the year that I thought Port had the best list, apart from us. I still think that they can make a Grand Final. They have a solid A grade midfield, when fully fit!

Fremantle should win! They have a much better list than Geelong, who really are Dad’s Army. I think Geelong need to rebuild sections of their list and they need a smarter and less grumpy coach!

Richmond supporters on Bigfooty are trying to claim that they lost the game because the free kick count was 20-10 in Melbourne’s favour after quarter time. Dumb lot don’t seem to realise that you have to have the ball to get a free kick!

If we had kicked straight we could have won this by 100 points!

Melbourne just have so much more run than Richmond late in the game. I am convinced that our game plan is to accelerate our work rate gradually throughout the game.

Need to show our normal third quarter!

As I have already stated, Bulldogs have a fitness issue. Adelaide now have the best Fitness Guru in the AFL. This result was inevitable!

Hawthorn, please thrash Geelong! I can’t stand the Cats! They are so arrogant! They were horrible to us when we were at the bottom. Hawthorn were not much better, but Geelong were probably worse!

Not sure the Dogs will be the 8th team. Their game plan is very basic and relies on too few to make it work! I really think they are a club with no Plan B if they start to come undone during a game.Even if they are I think we mentally scarred them last year and you will see that play out during the remainder of this year. They are an organisation at war with itself! Maybe Collingwood could surprise a few!

Essendon are rubbish despite every AFL Media hack wanting them to be the next big thing. Their list is average. Every team has a couple of Star players but there are only a handful in the league with any depth. I think Demonland should replace all media outlets to cover all official AFL media from now on. Maybe then some sense shall be written! Fremantle are a team in the up! What a surprise when you look at their slow list build which is slowly taking shape!

Apparently we are playing a ‘very good team’ next week. Does anyone at Channel 7 or SEN know anything about Football? Adelaide won because Burgess is their Fitness Coach and Richmond have no Martin and are on the decline.Why don’t the media see that teams go up and down and that teams like Essendon and Richmond will struggle for a while until they get their lists right! But hey, Go Demons!

All 3 SEN pre match hosts chose Port to win tonight. What flogs! The media really hate us! Long may it continue!

I don’t see Luke going anywhere else for a while. Just like Hogan he would have to see something at a WA club to jump off and neither team is particularly good right now. Remember we were still struggling when Hogan left but for Jackson we are all success!
