  1. 6 Pedersen 5 TMac 4 Salem 3 Garlett 2 Watts 1 Oliver Stiff: Harmes(if he'd kicked straight) Hannan, Hibberd. Hunt. Jetta. OMac.
  2. Trac Jones Watts Garlett Hibberd Tyson (one of the few with a pretty good first half) Also good Oliver, TMac, Hunt, Howe, Dunn
  3. Glad we got rid of that spud Jeremy Howe, and it's good to see the wisdom in our having used Oscar (the future) instead of Dunn (who the game had obviously passed).
  4. It's after 10pm Sunday here in Los Angeles. Watching it on the AFL App. A bit nervous that Spencer didn't come in for OMac. Hoping for the best
  5. Now that I realize the o/p is not telling us how well they play golf,,,, ..you rated Oscars season better than TMacs so far?!? Surely TMac's okay, Oscar's +2, plus weid and JKH would each be +3 or worse.
  6. 1 Hibberd 2 Hannan 3 TMac 4 Peder 5 Frost 6. Viney also good, Jetta, Tyson, Hunt, Jones. Is it just me or does Garlett tackle more and better this year?
  7. I always thought he should have been in for Dawes, and this year in for Weid. So happy for Peder to get some vindication!
  8. 6 Watts 5 Peder 4 Petracca 3 Oliver 2 Frost 1 TMac Salem Lewis Viney all great too.
  9. We'd have won the last 2 games with someone half decent instead of Sam Weideman. 5 posessions today, 4 last week, missing marks, weak at ground level, missed a gimme goal after his free kick in Q4. Looks uncomfortable and unconfident. Their final goal came after a Weideman turnover. He must be dropped. Very frustrated here folks.
  10. Don't recall having seen it before OD, and i agree it shouldn't be happening with Weed now. In fact last week I'd have had Spencer in for Weed. Even Spencer'd have been a better forward, as would Max, plus Watts would have given us the forward class all day that we needed. Also with a good relieving 2nd ruck, Max would have been run a little less ragged giving a slight chance he may not have even been injured. Running a player ragged slightly increases their chance of injury.
  11. Good changes, but also Pedersen could have been in for Weed (since last week). I'm happy it shows that Oscar is not considered a protected species like Dawes was forever and Weed seems to be lately.
  12. Watts is playing very well, but beaten in the ruck.. Wish Spencer was there. They're killing us in the air. Both sides really trying hard
  13. Hello Buck. The "watchafl" thing is working fine here in Los Angeles. I'm watching Brisbane now (Stef Martin is killing atm) and watching the Saints/WC game. I'm not sure it's an actual "App" though because I don't open an app to use it, i just go to the "watchafl..." site on my browser and select the game to stream through the browser. (Happy to try to answer any questions, but will sleep soon , its 3:18 AM here now) Good luck.
  14. I agree "Poita". I watched Gawn and Newmans in car conversation while trying to eat ! Big mistake.
  15. Don't know much about Donovan, but he was here in LA forever, probably still here? Knew another English bass player who worked with him. Yes mate, back in LA for awhile. No plans to return to Oz atm, but will let you know. Think Dees will have a better year. Been meaning to call a girlfriend in Melb whose good friend is friends with a certain mfc player that far far far too many DL posts/threads are about. Curious to hear if she has any personal gossip about his ridiculously over-publicized current scenario. Really hope it all works out great for him. Cheers
  16. Oh yeah, cool bass line. Oh he was in "Sky" with John Williams. I knew their other guitarist, Kevin Peek.
  17. Well I'm prepared to risk seeing another game with you "rjay", couldn't end much worse than our last, in a daze walking out of the G. But we've won every game I've seen with Hardtack! Herbie Flowers wasn't a bassist I was thinking of, but think we were at a studio in London once.? Older guy who plays jazz & rock stuff right? Will Phone you next time I come to Oz! Cheers - R
  18. Dazzle, I'm not sure that you understand that I agree with you on every single point you just made, including dropping Jack if he's not performing. Of course I'm 100% behind Goodwin setting high standards and kicking anyone in the a$$ who needs it etc.. My entire point is: What is the benefit of playing this out in public as opposed to behind closed doors, leaving the public out of it? My post suggested that Goody tell the media, "We're resting Jack for a few games to try some new players out," while kicking his backside as much as needed, away from the media. Surely you've noticed the microscope that only Jack has been under for years now? I know you know football Dazzle, but do you have much professional experience handling the media and performers? I assume we all want the best result for our team, it's just whether we get that by publicly berating one guy all the time?
