  1. Martin needed Choco Williams as a baby sitter for years. It clearly worked out but still, Dusty's issues are of a different type to Stringers. Stringer sounds like a tool of the highest order.
  2. The way he's spoken this year, I get the feeling that he has full intentions to play on with another AFL club. You would think his chances are 50/50 and off the top of my head I can't think of any potential suitors. Such a shame it's ended this way for him.
  3. I very much doubt that there's anything left to decide and people are starting to jump at shadows. There's been some noteworthy contributions to this thread that have stated he'll be a Demon. I'll take confidence in those rather than get worried about pelicans like Ricky Nixon coming out with juvenile ramblings. This is their most relevant time of the year where they can just bullsh*t to any Joe gullible enough to waste their time.
  4. Wow. You're okay to let Weideman keep spudding it up until 2019 now. Don't get me wrong, I wish him all the best fortune for a successful and long career at the MFC but your double-standards and contextualisation of the current circumstances only leads to hypotheticals of which the above post is chock-a-block full of.
  5. Yeah. Sorry.
  6. The way you reacted to Brayshaw self's couple of posts is not far off Satys approach mate - whether it's rubbish or not it came across as being completely OTT.
  7. That's a bit unprofessional I would've thought. Are you taking the pizz?
  8. Why are you being such a c*ck? Sheez. Trade 'rumours'. Take a Valium.
  9. Mate, this has been done to death over the years so I've nuthin extra to add. McQueen out.
  10. Jane02 heard it from her Doctor who is close/family friend (?) of the Gaffs and said he was keen to play for the team he grew up supporting. Pretty sure that's where it initially came from.
  11. One good game out of a season is a clear concern. His lack of agility is his greatest weakness. Kennedy has great agility and showed that early on in his career. Anyway, the debate being put forward was not so much about Weideman himself but the concept that he may be dispensable with the view of getting extra trade value for that outside mid we need (assuming Lever in and Tmac KPF).
  12. What has Weideman shown other than a little glimpse or two to suggest he's worth persisting with. He reminds me of an inebriated giraffe at times.
  13. Could the Dogs also be in the market for Goldy due to Tom Boyds situation?
  14. I don't think Shache has done anything much greater than weideman but some are suggesting he's an absolute jet and will demand first rounders. Based on that logic, should we be looking for a similar value to use on someone like Gaff?
  15. Surely Koch would realise that Port only beat two top 8 teams for the whole season and they're just an average side.
  16. RTG, I'm not sure how you can draw the comparison between a bad call of DOB and a cheating act of ducking to win a game. Ports chances were blown in front of goal btw.
  17. I recorded it mate. I can watch it anytime.
  18. I think our best chance is to get him in FA next year but there's two big variables at play here. 1) It's still up in the air as to how long the FA compensation rule will be in place so the Eagles might see that as an acceptable strategy or; 2) They let him go now and get what they can in trade with us. The Eagles are old and slow and to be fair they've probably exceeded their own expectations by winning last nights final. Gaff won't be hanging around through their next rebuild. He'll be at the end of his career by the time the Eagles are next approaching a window. It comes back to the fact that when players nominate their destination club, they usually land there. Who would've thought pick 14 was sufficient value for Tom Mitchell to Hawthorn? I think we've got enough moves in us to land Gaff and Lever this year and if we do, look out!
  19. 2018 first round and Kent.
  20. I am God. Thats what the missus kept saying to me last night anyway.
  21. I missed the game in its entirety. Was busy having a shag.
  22. Confident that the Power can get their [censored] together and still win this.
  23. Geelong supporters must be absolutely seething that the game wasn't played at Kardinia park.
  24. Papers stamped. Liam Hulett: He had four disposals, four tackles and two inside 50s. Liam didn’t have any impact on the game and went missing for long periods. He didn’t give us a real threat forward of the ball, so it was a disappointing performance from Liam.
