Compare him to Ed Langdon who has a 73% disposal efficiency or Hunter at 66.7% Edit: and for [censored] and giggles, ANB has a better disposal efficiency too at 64.5% 😂

Please name them, I’m genuinely interested He is a wasteful accumulator. Doesn’t mean he won’t go to Geelong and be a star, but he isn’t a player who we need or who will make us significantly better. Whereas Geelong are old AF and need to inject speed and youth into their dying midfield. For a packet of chips and $200k sure, but he will cost a bucketload. Money and picks we can spend better elsewhere.

My biggest concern in all this is Geelong. I don't want them coming in hot. Even if they don't over take us inside the top 4, if they go on a run like they did last year, it could end as badly as last year did. I want the Lions to smash them this weekend and destroy their faux confidence.

It makes finishing 7th or 10th basically irrelevant. Why not just make it a top 10? or a top 6? Hell lets have North and West Coast compete to make finals. The pre finals bye is there because teams going into finals desperately need it. Nobody finishing 7th wants to play yet another game to try and win the flag. You are basically ensuring that a team outside the top 6 will never win a flag again.

FMD this is such short sighted garbage from the media, as per usual. At 32, the days of Gawn dominating 20+ games a season or rucking solo are gone. What if he does an ACL tomorrow? What if we win the flag this year and he calls time on his career? Grundy has a 4 year contract, and will be the #1 ruckman for probably 3 of those years. While Trac, Viney and Clarry are doing what they are doing, we have to have a strong ruckman working with them to keep our window open. The club knows that, which is why they targeted a top quality ruck to come into the mix. Everyone just needs to CALM THE F DOWN.

I think if Daniher wasn’t such a diving cheat to begin with, you’d probably just give him the benefit of the doubt. But he is a joke of a footballer when it comes to exaggerating contact. It’s a blight on the game.
