Big difference when you go visit the club, talk to the coach/list manager, and then declare your desire to move there. It means that you've got an offer on the table, and a commitment from the club that they'll do what they can to facilitate a trade. Of course it doesn't mean a trade happens, but it's far more likely to happen when things progress this far and public commitments are made
