I’m saying that during a game players make mistakes and you can’t go abusing your teammates every time they do. Having a chat about what your teammate did wrong at 3/4 time is fine. Being aggressive and being distracted from the play because of an argument with a teammate is probably not great leadership. I was happy enough to see May chat to Frost at 3/4 time but still not a great look that a teammate had to step in to separate them.

Unforgivably poor, but hardly surprising. Good players, terrible bloody leaders. Oliver had to step in and separate them, which tells me two things: 1. May was being too aggressive 2. Oliver is a brave man stepping between May and Frost

How do we replicate Salem so only a Salem kicks the footy at any point in the game?

I didn’t have a problem with the 3/4 time discussion. I have a problem with yelling at a player mid game for a mistake. He will spend the rest of his career yelling if he has a go at every Melbourne player who totally [censored] things up. It happens that bloody often!

I’m all for players giving instructions and leading. But May needs to take the heat of the game out of it. There’s a time and a place. Frost makes plenty of mistakes. He is a high risk high reward player. May yelling at him isn’t going to change that. May played another excellent game and I’m very happy with his inclusion. His leadership is obvious, but good leaders also need to know when to speak up and how.

Jones at half back. Genius move *insert sarcasm*. Thought he was one of our best today. This positional move will extend his career. So glad Goodwin has given up playing him on the wing.

A bad look seeing him yell at teammates. I’m all for him giving constructive criticism, but fighting with teammates is poor leadership. He isn’t exactly perfect. Don’t throw stones and all that.

I admire Brisbane so much. My favorite club outside Melbourne, which makes it less difficult to see us lose to them. Our lack of game plan and skills on the other hand...

Coaching was abysmal. Skills were likewise. Midfield a disgrace. I have lost all faith in this club.

Poor Gawny. He looks so depressed. Its so much worse watching us play from the sidelines isn’t it?

Is Baker really on Zorko? Jesus these match ups are laughable. Unless we are tanking.

Good to see TMac’s form has improved. Not.

Will he ever cop any pressure for his terrible coaching? Lack of game plan? Poor set up? Stupid team selections? How is Goodwin beyond criticism?

[censored] me Salem is the only player in this team who should kick a football. Who the [censored] is on Zorko? What is the setup? How are our coaches not under pressure? North lost their coach and are above us on the ladder? Richardson under pressure but St Kilda are also ahead of us. So how then is Goodwin not copping it for this rubbish season?

Because Goodwin is stubborn and thinks he is smarter than he is. Simple match ups and selections are beyond him.

Don’t worry Robinson will win them the game. Kill me. Never has a head been more punchable.

I’m just so disappointed that I have no faith in anyone in the box to make a move to win us a game. Petty still on Hipwood. All you need to know about our coaches Not thrilled with May’s leadership either. Been excellent but don’t abuse your teammates. Bad look.

I’m going to give Gawn a break. Oliver has also been horrible. Dumb handballs, unaccountable, now two way running. Our midfield needs an absolute rocket. The worst performance I’ve seen from them all year, which says a lot.
