I’m disappointed and yet not in the least surprised. For a team that has achieved absolutely nothing, to pick and choose when to turn up to games and when not to turn up just shows our immaturity. We have come on in leaps and bounds this year, but teams with no killer instinct don’t win flags. We’ve cruised to too many mediocre wins over bottom teams and have now lost twice due to coming out flat and expecting to win. We barely lifted out of first gear even in the second half. This loss will probably cost us a top 2 finish. I hope that burns them. A terrible ending to another depressing weekend in the city of Covid.
