I think this is a very hard time for everyone in Victoria. I feel blessed to have my husband with me because my friends who live alone are doing it so much tougher. Our biggest struggle has been financial, seeing our business dropping 70% has been absolutely devastating and the anxiety of getting through the months ahead is real. I find that exercise hour is the absolute key for me. I get out everyday and just walk for an hour. It keeps me absolutely sane, as does FaceTiming my friends. We’ve been doing weekly trivia which has been great. And fortnightly dinner catchups. I’m glad they are letting single people have a bubble with another household. That will help massively. I strongly recommend people take up the mental health plan available through the government. It’s easy to obtain and easy to do with telehealth. Stay strong all our Victorian fans.
