This is so pathetic and could be done for most clubs. Forget about it, we have to because there is nothing more to be done. Prendergast (curse that name) is gone and has been replaced by much more capable people. We look forward.

Interesting side... when I see Spencer included I wanna rip my hair out but I guess we don't really have another option right now, can't really throw Gawn to the wolves as first ruck. Hopefully Watts plays at least a bit where he was named, bit of size in the middle will really help out if he can use it.

dee-luded, surely you wouldn't be happy with another untried in Scott Burns over Eade? We have to go with a proven coach thise time and thank god there seem to be a few keen. We can't afford to stuff up for a third time.

I agree that he has been better, though there is more in him I suspect.

Hopefully he could spur him on and make a player out of him. It's what we've been waiting for for years! I've got no doubt Roos could do this.

I don't think elevating Couch and Magner is sensible seeing as we wouldn't really be able to play them in the same side... too much pace lost and they effectively do the same job. I feel that's reflective of what will probably happen at the end of the year - Magner will be promoted to the senior list and Couch will be let go. Clisby seems to offer something different, though I can't really comment as I haven't been following him that closely.

If we got Roos, fantastic. If we got Choco or Eade, still great and if we ended up with Craig, I wouldn't be completely disappointed. If we took another noob, I'd shoot myself in the foot and hobble away from this club.

I'd bet you Tona, Roos is on quite a bit more than that.

Garland and McDonald rotating on Riewoldt could well get the job done. If we make a go of it in the middle we should be well in this.

I mean more in a mental sense, the players clearly weren't playing for Neeld. Anyway as long as we win I'm happy.

I'm thinking we'll see a more free and creative team. I'm hoping the players will feel as though a weight has been lifted with Neeldy gone and will play so.
