How do we keep our enthusiasm watching this? I have persisted all day but can't simply couldn't get interested in this game. Reckon Geelong were bored too.

This cannot be used as an excuse. We did not even put in an effort last week and were on holidays. We should be fresher but week on week we look so unfit.

Saw 5 good minutes of tough footy in the first quarter then we just ease off. Not good enough Dees.

Deplorable. No will to win and where is our fitness? We are never able to finish off games. Misson has a lot to answer for but never seems to be questioned. Skills shocking. What about 'kick the ball long' when it is raining? It is pretty basic stuff. Can't see us winning a game this year.

My son and I just observed Jimmy in the last quarter and he was so confused and out of his depth it was not funny. I am not giving up on the guy. Just that it is so effing clear he needs time in the twos. Can't the coaches see it is so obvious?

If we don't think it is already unacceptable we are all delusional. Yes we all cheered a few goals in the competitive first half but a game is 120 minutes of footy and to sit there again and watch that crap dished out after all the scrutiny makes be almost lost for words. The weird thing now is that the supporters have lost all faith. We sit there and laugh. We love the club but still laugh. In some ways it is now stress free because we know the outcome. I have been supporting this team for 35 years and have never seen three consecutive weeks of such an insipid performance. There is no semblance of a game plan and ALL our experienced recruits are a farce. Where do we start. Need will get another week ( I can't understand why) and if we manage to beat GWS does this mean anything?

Agree totally with the lack of fitness. You can just see the fade outs coming week after week as the opposition runs us off our legs. I have been on this all year about what Misson is really doing at the club. Cannot cop that we have trained TOO hard. Isn't the role of the Elite Performance Manager to be questioned after this week after week drop off late in games?

Cannot be pleased with that effort. Footy is a 4 quarter game. We threw in the towel in the last. Still can't understand our lack of fitness. Cannot have any optimism about this week. We do not have any confidence and I honestly can't see anybody standing up for us. The proof is in who we have rated the best over the last couple of weeks - new players who should be looking to leaders who just are not there. No offence to the two Jacks as they need to be given some latitude. It all starts in the middle which we don't have. Without getting the pill it can't go inside 50. Pretty simple. We have averaged 15 points a quarter in our 3rd and 4th quarters over the last two weeks v our opponents 40. Again I ask what about our great fitness coach Misson as we are seriously running out of puff post half time.

Let's drop this crap. Thomas is a failed coach who has no credibility and his opinions count for jack squat. He throws out barbs with no evidence and is just trying to boost his weak ego.

Midfield is missing totally for us and the Tiges (who I am not a fan of) have class there and that is something they can develop further. We are way behind in that development. At this point nothing else matters. Without a midfield we are cooked.

Concur with others. Used to love Aaron. He has lost all interest and spark and this must flow through to the young guys, Must go the Casey next week if Neeld has the ticker to do so.

Reflecting on the game - absolulety pathetic. Magner was the positive well done. As for the rest a rabble. Second half was country league stuff. Bomb it long and hope for the best. Very concerned about the game plan. Neeld says it will take time to adjust but what are we adjusting too? Also what about the fitness. We have recruited a high performance coach very well credentialed in Misson and our guys were out on their legs EARLY in the third quarter. Why is this? Remember Brisbane are a very ordinary team but made us look second rate and ran our legs off. Concur with the other posters in that I can't recall a smooth passage of play for a major. I decided to stay to the end to watch the team walk off. An apology would have been good!!

I think our coach has been watching the round ball game and defending our position on the ladder. In soccer though you may sneak a nil all draw. Sorry Dean but that coverts to a 50 point loss in AFL. Watched the incident several times today. A sensational tackle. 3 weeks for great tough play is a disgrace on our great game
