From anger to action: A call for constructive feedback to leadership
Now the administrators should be able to answer this. How many individuals post or read demonland? And how many are members of the MFC, Let’s guess. 15,000 or is that too high But if it is . That is 25% of the members (maybe) That’s a huge proportion of the membership and watching. Now what just came in ? The coach and media stuff

From anger to action: A call for constructive feedback to leadership
wow just wow! Love the passion. It was not lost only then, with CO, but to have your better players sitting on the pine. I like Spargo, if he tackles you you stay tackled. But he is not fast Also a poor choice but there have been too many examples throughout this year and last of poor decisions like this. Who ever makes these decisions needs a help or a push sideways. Gently of course.

Top 5 home and away losses under Goodwin
Just my thoughts, Its not the loss, or that it was St.Kilda, but the way we lost. No direction from the bench to stop the goals coming. Surely after 2 or 3 unanswered goals we should have stemmed that flow. Then to have Melksham and Kozzy sitting on the pine. And poor Spargo (can tackle) but he is not the quickest. I just think the team management was to be polite Absolutely Abysmal for this game and a heap of others this year. Rest all the senior players who might stay next year, rest them now and give them another 4 weeks off.

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Thinking half full Not empty and depressing. If we had indeed won today by 46 points of more it would have changed nothing. All the cracks and broken bits would have been covered up again . Move on nothing to see here. And we would still be a broken club with the draft upon us or into 2026 and losing five of six games in a row, again. But it’s not, it’s all out in the open for all the football world to laugh and point at. And rightly so, that last quarter was …poor. So we need done strong leadership from inside the ex playing group perhaps or anyone who knows a lot more than I do. Cos I am seargt. Schultz. Hope it all works

Time to go Goody?
So if and when Goodwin ( I prefer the soccer player) decides to go or gets the Putsch Who then replaces him. Experienced or novice ? And for how long.

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Glad whatever happens is not my decision. But something needs to be done. Stand all players in front of a mirror for 10 minutes or so. Coaching staff included. I was not here for 186 or just after that, but it’s very like eND. Favourites bring played and little or no plan for the future. Disappointed with that last quarter , has bits of everything wrong and very little that is right. Self, keep your mouth tightly shut !!!

GAMEDAY: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
Cannot watch the first bit, so the scene will be clear . Do I watch a great win or the younger players showing potential or not. Seriously I think it will be won in the coaching box. T he e players “love” RL more or he is more adventurous. So call it an upset if Dee’s get up, hope they do. We really should rest senior players for. One real go next year!

Happy Birthday David Schwarz
David did his knee the second then third time , I felt as sick in my soul as ever. Possibly only equaled by how I feel sometimes now, but all of the whole team.

Time to start a rebuild?
In these current circumstances, I think 2026 is where we should be looking, unfortunately

Perhaps and of not if will mean that he has upgraded extensively. His match day strategist, The player welfare manager The fitness adviser The season strategy person. and forward entry designer of moves. In England soccer they play 40 odd English premier matches and if could be 10 internationals. No senior player plays then all . Some play against some sides some get a rest It’s strategy. Some win a cup and then get the bullet. And the culprits might still be there. I just hope we are better next year, respect the coach not sure you should be invited to dinner or a wedding

Like cigarettes you need to dry them rinse them then you can use it of smoke it! Like the old advice on the pisser, Do not throw cigarette butts into the tray. It makes them soggy and hard to light

In the past, When the Hawks were great in the 80's (? ) All there players got experience in the seconds for a couple of seasons, then got a go in the ones I do not like them getting experience in the senior side, just old I expect,

Ghosty, get him to put up in Crypto currency ( or Tulips) , after all Crypto is backed up by nothing but trust on the WWW. This sort of speculation on stocks and bonds, have never gone bad in the past. I hope all our players, want to stay and play betterer.
