Basically what Deestar9 said couple of posts ago. He lost his Zip from 2021. 2022 ruined cos of the 2 knee operations then in the pre season 2023 got the Thyroid again after six years. lost weight and no Zip. Heart rate of 125 walking to the table. Resting to recover lost all fitness from the pre season work then hurt his knee again. The year was done really. Seems confident a good pre season will give him Zip again Spoke about Oliver and the club all getting united and attacking the problem head on. Not a bad few words really especially when it was in the HScum.

Unfortunately I purchase the Saturday HScum. But the article was there ! if he can regain that 2021 form we have a “new” recruit !

Another Geri, well close. first game pestered my dad for days 58 Queens birthday at the G, can only remember the crowd and me running down to the fence . I was only 8. next game last couple in 1966. Met up with John, Stan, Don and Gordon and we were firm friends for years. Summer and winter. Went to 3 marriages and one funeral. any of the last 3 read this rubbish, no contact for 25 plus, are you still around ? still in contact with a few others from back then. Go Dee’s its fair to say we were not very good from 66-79 !

Similar storey asked when 5 who I barracked for. Two snotty nosed little brothers with missing teeth said you only follow them cos they’re on top. At this moment in time the only comparison should be games from 2023 and any reason there was some impairment so put those up and all things are then relevant for 2024

You do have to say the combination of boundary rider and descriptive training reports was certainly different and entertaining to be encouraged

Really like this, shows heaps, and I know it’s “only” his age group but it shows, confidence in himself, strength of character, maturity, leadership, again maturity beyond his age. and he played against seniors last year I think. hope he can play footy. We might have an absolute gem, future leadership as well, fingers crossed

WCW. You would have fitted nicely into the cheer squad back in the 70’s all you needed to do was throw in a bit of alcohol or other stuff and the party was on. all the clubs knew how to party! obviously I did not indulge in anything I should not have. Cos I am still here some friends not so fortunate.
