It’s only my opinion, so anyone agree or disagree, but I think player management in certain roles, ie up forward small bloke, assistance for Max in the ruck, resting of players in certain games against certain teams over the whole length of the season. With the ultimate aim of winning as many games as needed for top 4 or better top 2.
