This game we just played. It was played to our template for this year. Except that we started a little better. Play well in the third quarter and put ourselves in a winning position . Come the fourth , roll over, and get run over. Not all players perhaps but enough to lose. It’s fitness to keep running and mental fitness to think you can win. Bring in the new regime ! It needed to happen. Nothing was changing for too long.

Well that’s done We at least turned up to play. iMO just not fit enough. Mentally and physically. Selection of players to play against various teams has been deplorable. Absolute zero management of players to rest at times during the year. We have had done success with other clubs players but far more were let go for valid reasons NQ good enough. Billing’s would have been a better sub last night but maybe he needed to qualify for the finals with Casey. Any Grand Final you win is worth the effort. It’s also important to the other listed players at Casey. I do not think the new coach (whoever) will sack half the side. Maybe half the support staff.
