G'day I do think most of your points are valid, there are reasons for some, but arbitrating contracts should be part of negotiating. I agree re Jordan (needed more game time especially in 2021), Grundy, McAdam, Billings and Hunter, Laurie, Tomlinson and Woey, Sparrow and Turner. I also wonder about Schache, and Fullarton. We got rid of Weideman and other NQR players. Absolutely no disrespect to those players. Some, including the Coach will always be champions for the club and 2021, We were the dominant team, No Question, Some should retire this year, better still now. Give time to players with not enough games to prove anything/ something. 2024 is done n dusted 2025 will be here very soon. Once you reach the cliff or lean out the Premiership Window. its a long way down, you either bounce like a live cat or a dead cat. North Melbourne will think they have a huge chance and I dont think we are much better. Go Dees

Without expecting anything to change, I cancelled my automatic renewal for 2025. Will possibly renew but not until Feb or march but it was a statement to say I am not happy about the last few weeks. We played poorly for a few weeks. But only 2 goals in a half. again one quarter without a goal. No wonder I feel carply as a supporter treated like carp by the club and players, the coach and the management. two weeks in a row sitting here , late at night, annoyed feeling like shirt , fancy agreeing with footy classified and all we get are the same old platitudes not happy at all

2024 is done, wasted, like 22 and 23. we need big changes in 2025. Get rid of list cloggers, get young blokes who might or might not have potential but if they are under 22 could be nuggets. Need to keep most of our older players to provide stability and leadership. need to rest for next 2 games Fritta, Chandler, Oliver, Petty, Viney, Sparrow . Max, Langdon, will we win games probably not, but we are not going anywhere anyway. play Verrell, Sestan, K Brown, Laurie, Turner, Fullerton , Spargo , Tomlinson. Woewodin let them play for their future, see if they produce anything. at years end we should at least have Bbb retire, Smith gone, Gus retired, 5 others delisted and or traded. Something similar for the coaching staff as well.

Since the bye, (6 games), in the first quarter we have kicked 3 or 4 goals in two games and less than two in the other 4. The second quarter has been worse. 6 goals and then 5. In the first half. Then 3 for the other games. It does not win football games. I know conditions and the opposite teams play a part. since the bye we have been deplorable. why play finals and go out in straight sets or just the first game again. play, train, and make decisions for the long game 2025. Get rid of the dead wood. some hard decisions needed. And someone smarter than me to do it. i hope we win but experience says no. Go Dee’s
