I have been a critic of gifting games to OMac and also to Weid, OMac has been pretty good this year and the last couple of games Weid has shown something. You need to give MT64 a bit of slack, he is not as fast as some on a computer and he is worried that the silver emulsion on the pics will stick to his computer screen when he posts them. Remember ripping up phone books for hours, with John H, Stan O, Don R, and Gordon T great times, then after kicking the footy on the G taking down the banners etc, a snack in the restaurant in Swanston St, then later going to the Phoenix and meeting the other club members. We were all good mates from all clubs. A long time ago Train trips to Geelong the night before games, snow trips, intra cheer squad footy games, playing cards all night can't remember it all

16 years on this matter still raises passion, It should never have been a proposition. Hawthorn are a proud club, so are we, it would have diluted both camps. Not Melbourne not Hawthorn, A new club but not the one I followed since 1955.. Bloody glad Hawthorn voted against, I was devastated that we voted to merge,...still pisses me off !
