I don’t think Hannan is that quick. Certainly doesn't have a tank for the wing, but thst can be worked on. Also, a good outside/winger has to have a very good football brain, because what they do should result in a scoring opportunity. Langdon has that. Does Hannan?

Yes, i still think Preuss will develop into an AFL first ruck at a club like GWS or Sydney. He has room to improve and IMO is underrated by us supporters. And he's learnt at MFC under the best there is! Is he a gun ruck? Probably not, but he has shown ability with us and at Norf. Is he worth a 2nd rounder? To a club with limited rucks, yes. Still has 2 years with us. Hope we play hard and get what is good for us. I'd like us to package up a few picks or player + pick/s and get back into front half of 2020 1st round

AA is a farce. Has a strong element of a popularity contest. Bont and Danger have kicked some amazing goals this year, but they aren't half forwards. Position has little to do with it. They got in because they've had many good AA years and because they're too good not to be in the best 22. Hate to say it, same with Max. May was robbed, but given the nature of AA selection its hardly surprising.

So why aren't we hearing anything????

I have no idea if that is true, but Max doesnt live in Qld, his wife and extended family are in Victoria, he has a couple of side businesses in Melbourne he's been absent from, perhaps he needs specific medical treatment that he'd prefer to get in his home city. I'd say fair enough if he has left Qld to come home. That's my conclusion. It hasn't been implied that he breached some COVID rules, has it?
