Dixon is an absolute imbecile. Every time he kicks a goal he carries on like a pork chop in a mosque. A fair bit of revolt in him but revolt is a better player. Westoff is smart but doesn't really do much. It isn't the gorillas to worry about but the grays.

This is a real 50/50 game. On the positive note I see 3 things. 1.. Our forward line is better than theirs. 2. We have more depth in our midfield but Wines and that pal pepper or whatever his name is will have to be watched. 3. Port move the ball slowly.

I think Hogan and TMac are a far greater threat down forward than that imbecile Dixon or Westoff. Their main dangers are the 2 Grays.

Don't think it is that crucial. I still believe we can win 14 games. That means we have to win 6 out of the next 10 games. The hardest is Sydney and then weagles. I believe we can beat port ( and should ) but it isn't season defining.

Playing in Darwin is a joke.

Putting Murphy on our list would be an act of extreme stupidity.

The added motivation can be a 2 way street. Remember Peter Vardy who we got from Adelaide. Very good player. I remember his first game against the crows at Princess Park. He was absolutely dreadful.. I wandered out of that game wondering if he still thaught he was playing with the crows. Some players play well and others don't. I don't think Watts has the motivation anyway. Be interested to see if they pick him next week. I don't think they will.

We have played them 23 or 24 times in finals and they have only beaten us 3 times.

They are not a bogeyman in finals.

Anyone suggesting Baker is near ready for senior selection is kidding themselves.

Thats funny thaught I had the age right but wrong on that is fine. I don't think a player like Gaff would be on the money we could throw around and I don't think his talent is quite there. We are paying what I would call overs on Lever.

You could say that about the whole Eagles team ATM. I have watched a little bit of the eagles this year and over previous years and I have not changed my mind on Gaff. He is 27 or 28 and we have enough players of his ilk such as ANB and Harmes which we don't have to pay a fortune for. He can stay at the eagles for all I care.

I'll beg to differ on this thread. I reckon Gaff is a waste of time. A soft outside player who isn't overly quick. Never liked him.

Surprising. Saw him play at casey against Frankston and wasn't that impressed. He is young though so give him a go. Interested to see how he stands up on Sunday.

He seemed to be a little disheartened for the whole game although played okay which is just his ability but in your one piece of play it really showed.

Brayshaw took a mark near me in the last quarter and fell a little heavily. He passed the ball to weed. Point is though he looked really p@#$%^d off.
