Delivery into forward line was dreadful. We look as though we may have blown the game. We controlled the quarter that much and still lost it by a point. Will have to stack the backline this quarter to keep their scoring to a minimum.

Our midfield seem better than theirs but they move the ball quickly. Interesting to see how we go kicking to other end.

This final will be much tougher on the team. In the elim we were bouyed as a side to be in the finals again as indeed were the supporters. Again we will learn alot about this side. If they can play to a high level of intensity they have come a long way. Will the support be as ferocious as last week ? It is all hard to say. Both these factors counted last week. I hope we smash those ^&%#@$

As much as I hate the filth if they can get over wet coke then good luck to them. It shows you that the eagles don't have a very good midfield. It's actually not a bad game.

If we can get kent, Baker and Vince in the side it will be a big plus. Could be a good game. Essenscum are not too bad at vfl level. Have to watch that Stewart and the little blood nut green in the forward line. We do have the cattle to go through to the granny. We have been a fairly consistent contributor at vfl finals and I think it would be good to win one.

It will mean so much to beat the hawks on friday night. Like geelong they have pillaged us. We need revenge.
