  1. I have a 20 year member badge too. Don't remember a signed certificate though. Probably chucked it out on receipt.
  2. If your auntie had whiskers, she'd be your uncle ....
  3. I think Hibbo needs to take Cameron. Presumably Hunt/Rivers/Salem on Gardiner/bailey/Raynor? May, Lever and Petty need to take Daniher, Hipwood and McStay. If Lever needs to zone off, not sure who would replace him. Perhaps it would have to have to be Hibbo, but not sure who could then take his (Hibbo's) place (presumably on McStay)?
  4. Me too. 200 game player for sure (barring injury). That 2019 draft was amazing for MFC. All 3 picks are fantastic.
  5. A demons supporter has been 'liking' and 'laughing' at Bulldogs posts which are disparaging of the Demons on Bulldogs/Bigfooty .... The response from a Bulldogs supporter is comedy gold !!! #401 Can that Melbourne [censored] rhaz be banned from here... he's liking and laughing at posts The sad part is that I think he/she was serious !!!!
  6. Mostly one sided matches this weekend.
  7. All the talk this week will be about the Bombers. Demons win will be the minor story. I'm ok with that !!!
  8. Does anyone know who the MFC player is who attended one of the Tier 1 sites?
  9. No surprise there. Visually bereft Frederick could have seen that.
  10. Viney won't play. Salem - 50/50. If neither play, I can't see us winning, especially at Doglands.
  11. The match showed how irreplacable Salem is.
  12. I feel sorry for Clayton ... could anyone have done more to get the team over the line?
  13. I think Lynch's parents may be related (to each other).
  14. Re Adelaide players who targetted Max. That filth McHenry copped an absolute belting last week during the showdown. Karma? I'm watching today's match at the Sporting Globe in Richmond. As per every other match this season, hope the Dees just get the job done. Shame about Salem. Who will be the main distributor on the backline? Maybe Rivers?
  15. Not sure if anyone will agree with this. I think that the new kick in rule has been a not insignificant part of the team's improved performance this year. Until this year, the team's kick in strategy from behinds (if you could call it a strategy) was appalling. Other teams seemed to easily move the ball out of FB to the centreline with little trouble, whereas the Demons always strugged. The additional distance allowed to the full back to run before kicking the ball has allowed the boys (usually May or Salem) to transition the ball to the centreline without too much trouble. This has pretty much fixed the problem of past years.
  16. Memo to players .... don't cough up goals in the first and/or last minute of quarters.
  17. Such a shame GWS couldn't get the job done against Richmond.
  18. Yes ... I should hang my head in shame. BTW you are one of my favourite posters.
