I'm so disinterested in the remainder of the season. I'm in the MCC GF ballot, but if I miss out on a reserved seat, I won't bother going to the GF to get one of the walk up seats. Hopefully the filth and Carlton will be knocked out in the Prelims.

I think that reaching a Prelim would have been a pass mark. And preferably not getting thrashed in the Prelim. I think we would all have been OK with that. Going out in straight sets has to be considered a fail.

I was actually more upset after the filth match. However you dress it up, the team choked. Not much consolation, but I put $100 on the filth, and $100 on Carlton. At least I've seen my team win a flag. Which I never expected would happen. Tis a lovely day ... I've been for a nice bikeride. Longer one scheduled for tomorrow.

Like so many others, I feel totally flat after the Maynard debacle. I'm going to the match tomorrow. I guess I'll get my mojo back by then. Hopefully the players do the same, particularly at the start of the match!!

I don't understand why our opponents seem to dominate centre clearances, especially at the start of matches. And particularly as our midfield personnel are so highly rated.
