Can't remember who the tiges played last week but the opposition ran over the top of them kicking about 6goals to 1 in the last.

100% Some around here have the memory spans of goldfish. As opposed to losing to them ....
  3. The calibre of Hawthorn supporters. This fool got a clip after smacking a Melbourne supporters drink from his hand after getting done a couple years back. Then cried "Poor innocent me." to the media.

Fogarty the meathead Ricciuto wannabe just thought he'd run through him. Got [censored] off too when he couldn't ? Good on the young fella.

  6. The reason they let the throws go is cause the AFL want to keep the ball moving. They hate the congestion and if they have to let the odd throw out into space to allow that to happen .... So be it. Similar to the old days when there were a series of ball ups and nothing moving. The umps would pull a free kick out've their backsides to get the ball moving.

Got a bunch of mad Tiger supporters at work who magically started appearing out of the woodwork around that time. Been telling me all year that you don't win flags in may/june/july as they smugly expected their train to start rolling towards another flag in september. Turns out you might not win them then but you can certainly lose 'em. Funnily enough I haven't heard a peep for the last month. One gave me the Melbourne team picture from the herald sun along with a smartarse comment before the season started. I hung it straight up over the table he sits at for lunch and it's still there mocking him now. Also have a niece who had been a Melbourne supporter all her life who got a new richmond supporting boyfriend around that time and decided to change teams. Turns out she's now such a mad tiger she sports a pair of skanky Richmond premiership tatts. Not that it's any great surprise. She has a string of dumb decisions to her name. Might not be entirely her fault as both her parents are morons.

    Tell that to Ross Lyon.
  9. I'd like the umpires to call frees that have always been in the game and be consistent with those. You shouldn't be able to throw it. Kicks need to travel more than 15m. Push in the back needs to be paid. Holding the man while h'es leading the race for the ball should be called. A tackled player shouldn't be able to be spun 405deg before being called for holding the ball. Blokes diving into tackles for head high contact should get told to play on. A player shouldn't be able to waltz around the man on the mark who is being to "STAND" etc, etc. The list goes on. The umpiring as a whole is deplorable these days.
  10. Nah. I only watch our games these days so only see the opposition then. Might see a qr or 2 of some. Might watch some highlights of others. Don't really like the way the game is played or umpired anymore to be honest. Alot of dodgy stuff gets ignored, sick of advantages the big dollar clubs get, the biased draw etc, etc.
  11. If any-one gets away with extremely short passes it's us I reckon. If I was an opposition supporter I wouldn't be happy with some of the passes we've gotten away with. But seeing I'm not I just sit quietly and yell at opposition short passes. I also feel they are more likely to be allowed if they're kicked backwards or the result of a turnover.

Gawd, we've been shockingly bad over the years with our seasons decending into complete garbage. Yeah, we're going ok ATM but fork. How quickly we forget.

When the dogs won their flag Stringer and Libba turned up for a school clinic up here in the bush during the following pre-season. Anyway, I asked if I could take a pic while my mate who is a mad bulldog supporter went over to shake his hand. Stringer blew him off and couldn't even look him in the eye. I knew there and then the bloke was a total [censored].

Bordering on racist ..... So you're bordering on being offended on behalf of others?

You've put too much thought into it. All boils down to one thing. Players have other exploits in mind. It's snow season .... Duh.

And TBH Jack Reiwoldts mark this year was one of the best I've seen I reckon.

The club has given me plenty of adversity training over the years. Probably why I'm so good at jumping at shadows. Ya know what. It doesn't look like Clarry knows where the gym is. I'd like him to put abit more work into his own frame before we worry about Trac looking after him. And You need the aggressive mindset to be an enforcer. Doubt Petracca has it.
  21. While top spot is nice for bragging rights it doesn't often end up in a premiership. Top 4 will do me nicely. Being injury free and being in form at the right time is far more important.

I kinda do. Let 'em get their own fricken towel. Pampered princesses that they are. As for pushing the trainer away. Not on IMO. Total disrespect. Not hard to tell 'em "It's right." and jog on.
