  1. Pretty good at kicking me in the guts.
  2. Was listening on the radio before the game today and the "Experts" declared if the aints were to win W-M would have to get 30 cause he's their best ball user. Goodwin let him get 29.
  3. It shouldn't be like this. But sadly it is. I was whining at work during our 0-5 stretch to a melbourne supporting workmate. He suggested if it made me so miserable I should choose another club. Told him there was no way in hell I could do that and would prefer to forget about the corrupt AFL and just follow the local club. Who are getting flogged every week.
  4. I knew todays game would not be any sort of spectacle cause of Lyon and Goodwin but I did expect win tho' close. I also didn't go prancing into work last monday declaring "We're back baby." cause I'm far too experienced for that. Then seeing how the Crows dismantled the Swans last night I was very aware last week was just another mirage. And seeing what Collingwood did to the Dawks I'm now expecting them to tear us limb from limb next week.
  5. This is the exact reason we can't pull crowds to games. The same reason Melbourne supporters who do show up are reserved early game. You just cannot trust them. A win today and there would've been 70-80k next weekend. Now I'll tip 65. 55 of which will be Collingwood. Yeah. bring 'em on.
  6. Goodwin thinks you win games purely by the inside 50 count. No goal kicking practice necessary. Not unless ya Pess farting around doing trick kicks with the boys anyway.
  7. I turned it off at half time for my sanity as I'd seen more than enough. I'm just here for the comments.
  8. Shoulda saved his high hit for the Pies next weekend.
  9. Reckon it's just plain psychology ATM as it is with a bunch of 'em. Same with Pickett and his rushed play on kicks. None are confident they'll kick straight. Little men in their heads telling them "You'll miss, you'll miss, you'll miss" .... And they do.
  10. 100%. He's a nobody so will get 3 for sure.
  11. Ha, ha ..... Faaaarc.
  12. I reckon he thinks he's gotta kick the captains goal (which he does) but most time just can't.
  13. Probably just bitter they shipped him off to us.
  14. Enabling mute mode now.
  15. And a psychologist.
  16. And that's why there's a "veil of negativity" that surrounds the club. Something Roos never understood.
  17. Well F... me. Looks like I'ma gonna find something else to do. Been on the bathwater again.
  18. Ahh ma gawd. This is far too familiar. Worst thing is we're usually unlikely to dig ourselves from such a hole.
  19. Not a very good advertisement for Chocos fancy footballs is it.
  20. And thats why I think Bobby Hill is better than Kozzie.
  21. Whoever said that about Bont reads Demonland 😅
  22. Worrying .... I couldn't care less.
  23. Well I just watched the last 10 mins of the Casey game and saw Cullen get 2 impressive possessions. I don't know what he's like over 50m but he quick enough over 15. Looks a likely type so I'm now gonna watch from the start. Gotta be more entertaining than Swan v Crows.
  24. Haven't watched the Crows this year but the Swans showed me nothin' last week.
  25. Dammit Ooze. Looks like you've taken some of our bad habits with ya.
