Indeed. And maybe the context is important. We are talking about an AFL football club FFS. No doubt the culture of footy clubs have improved - somewhat. But they are still full of ultra alphas, where winning is everything and where playing through pain is not only par for the course it is lionozed (eg pendlebury being lauded for playing the last two game with an injury).

Actually not that many to he honest. I tend just to skip posts by posters who grind my gears or burn my bacon. I just checked. 28 in total. But I've posting on demonland for a long time. Mainly 'characters' that are long gone (mostly banned) - eg lord nev, tonatopia (the first poster i ignored), curry and beer, matsuo basho, dee-luded (not to be confused with deeeluded, stuie (lord nev's intense first incarnation), osilik and uncle fester. And a small handful of current posters.
