  1. I have got my mobile version back up and running, just the issue of going to first post now. Hopefully an easy fix. It makes the mobile version very hard to use.
  2. Hi team, I seem to have lost my mobile skin again with the latest update. Has this happened to anybody else? Another issue I am having is every thread is starting from post 1 instead of automatically going to first unread post. Any help for both issues much appreciated!
  3. Remember how Lucas Cook was going to prove us wrong? In all seriousness, Sam Collins - Oakleigh Chargers. Wouldnt mind giving him a rookie gig.
  4. You mean except for his 83% disposal efficiency, the highest in the team, both this year and last year? I would say anything over 80% in regards to disposal efficiency is in the elite category.
  5. Super journo this Cameron Houston. http://m.theage.com.au/victoria/lew-aide-in-court-bid-to-force-age-journalist-to-reveal-his-source-20120412-1wwnh.html
  6. To me he is the Farren Ray type we wanted but missed out on in the trade period. Mid 20s, 100 game player who can add some run off half back. Meets the same criteria, but is free.
  7. I have heard that we have drawn a home game at Etihad against North. And that we are working to get it changed but I doubt we will. They are an Etihad tenant club, makes no sense.
  8. Know he ran a 14-3 Beep, which was 8th overall. O'Rouke ran a 14-4. Our very own Jesse Hogan ran a 14-2. He didnt feature in any of the lists I saw for 20m sprint or kicking test - then again neither did O'Rourke. He is 185cm, 85kgs.
  9. Good point. Byrnes was very well respected in Geelong in regards to setting standards on the training track, and was looked up to in this regard. He is a tireless worker. That to me, is leadership. Rodan is known for similar traits. Dawes also. We need guys to help out young captains set the example of how to train and prepare to be AFL standard footballers. These 3 fit the bill.
  10. Nothing better to do while I wait for the races to start, so here's mine. FB: Nicholson Frawley Garland HB: Watts McDonald Strauss C: Grimes Jones Viney HF: Howe Dawes Byrnes FF: Pederson Clark Blease R: Jamar Trengove Sylvia I: McKenzie Dunn Davey Sub: Rodan/Bail
  11. Please elaborate. Besides from media speculation, which is all any of this is, what have we done wrong? And how did we stuff up the Dawes deal?
  12. His footskills are brilliant, very precise by foot. Not as penetrating as a Hill, but nothing that needs to be fixed.
  13. I'm not really fussed how we get the Pederson and Ray deals done. We are going to be out of the draft after the Viney pick, unless we somehow nab another live pick from 27-40 and there is a kid worthy. Otherwise anything past Viney I think will be used to upgrade rookies.
  14. Yeah that's right. It will be an interesting call by Neeld on this one. He has played very very little footy since Neeld has been around, so we will see if Neeld thinks he is worthy of taking up a place on the senior list. For mine, I don't think he will.
  15. It's clearly not the other half either! Maybe in Moe.
  16. Would be very surprised if our late picks are not used to upgrade Nicholson and possibly Magner. And if not both, then one late pick on another mature age midfielder.
  17. Would have been on more at Melbourne.
  18. Demonland crew, can you please add the ignore function somewhere on the mobile skin!
  19. @ClarkyHeraldSun: Finally, Barry is a young indigenous player who would add polish and run breaking lines from half back. Gws can trade as part of NT zone.
  20. I know it's from Jay Clark, the guy who said Monfries to Dees on 4 year deal, but... @ClarkyHeraldSun: Dees want Dom Barry, slick left-footed wingman, as part of Hogan trade. Had an outstanding draft combine. Averaged 18 poss for NT. @ClarkyHeraldSun: Barry sweetens the deal for Dees. Run and carry specialist finished 3rd in 3km time trail, 9th in beep, and nailed 3rd best kicking score.
  21. He was drafted at pick 49 in 2009. He impressed early on from memory. He reminds me of Garland. Wouldn't trade for him. Would consider as a PSD or late draft choice.
  22. Will play every game in 2013 if he doesn't get injured.
