We won a flag on the back of Peter Jackson and Paul Roos - they turned us into a destination club. We now have amateur hour at the top (mistaking corporate speak for leadership), coaching stagnation, and serious concerns about fitness/high performance. Turn back the clock. How did we let it fall so fast, so quickly?

everyone knew how to beat the old melbourne- outside run and don’t commit too many to the contest. the new melbourne is harder to beat, so we helpfully do that ourselves with lousy score return on forward entries. When do we think about a change of forward coaching personnel. Everyone knows it’s a pattern. everyone knows that’ if it’s fixed, we win big. it’s been happening for years.
