There have been days when I thought I was Redleg. I would just like an even break when I enter the electronics world. a 100% failure rate is surely not the average. Mate I cannot imagine being immortal too horrible to contemplate. Imagine having to go through another 48 years like the last 48. I think of myself as old by comparison to many on here but old is a very subjective thing. I can guarantee you I am not ancient. Don't get too comfortable about the MFC's long term survival. Right now we are one of the poorest clubs, with a poor list, a $500 000 debt before the season starts and low support. That is not a great spot to be in as an AFL team

Went down for a brief period today, I was there for about 30 minutes towards the end. They finished as I was walking over the Yarra bridge. I will be surprised if T Mac does not play on Sunday. He was in everything till I left and looked good. Dawes did not seemed to be troubled by any injury. Trengove and Clark we off by the time I got there. I doubt Trengove will play on that basis. It Watts is not the best kick in our team I will eat my hat. Every kick I saw went straight to someone. It did not matter if it was short , long or for a player to run on to. If only about ten others were that good.

dpositive I cannot believe the problems I have with the electronic world. In the last year I have bought a PVR, TV, and two tablet computers. All of which either expired in short order after purchase or would not work properly. Modern technology is wonderful when working but a giant pain when it does not. These guys make the MFC look like the model of good operation.

March 2013 has not been one of my better months leaving aside the football. I bought an Asus Android tablet computer, it ran for 20 minutes and expired. No problem got my money back and ventured to the Apple shop. My brother was giving Apple a big wrap ( I should have known better he is a Lions Supporter ) Well 9 days and 3 hours on the phone to Optus, a 1 hour visit to the Apple shop and 2 hours on the phone to Apple it has been returned as it would not do most function at a satisfactory level and some not at all. Thank God for the trusty Dell and Microsoft. Our first game is on the last day of March thank god the MFC has nothing to do with computers or I would be really worried.

Gee I got this seriously wrong we were never in the hunt then or for the other 18 games.

Don't hold your breath there are far more non MFC supporters as members of the MCC than those that support the Dees. Money talks all languages and understands no boundaries. Carlton will get its extra games because it makes financial sense.

I think you are forgetting a vital element DD The second language of the AFL is lying. The only think I believe on injury lists is that players mentioned are part that team. beyond that it is anyone's guess

The only way we can win this is to very quickly start winning games and drawing crowds. That is become relevant.

Unfortunately dee-luded it is a ploy by the AFL to squeeze a better deal out of the dome of death. Carlton will not be modernised and the Vic government knows it. The die was set when the previous AFL chief got conned by the developers. They sold Waverley and lost there power. Into the foreseeable future it is the MCG and Etihad. Big games at the G and smaller at Etihad. If we do not start winning and drawing bigger crowds it is off to Etihad for us. And Carlton will get their wish nothing surer. Sad but IMO true, get used to 5 -6 games at Etihad

Jako there are more important things in life than the MFC Your family is top of the list mate. At the end of the day it is just a game. Enjoy from your television and join when the finances permit. Don't stay off Demonland We all luvs ya.
