  1. Honestly RN I care about as much as I do about our clash jumper. As long as the team has good training facilities then I am happy. Do I need to have a supporters area ? No What I really need is a side that is a power club that wins 80+% of its games and plays regularly deep into the finals. I would like the Dees to be around and relevant in 2050. The rest will happen as a result of winning lots of games and having a larger supporter base.
  2. A good friend of mine says "as smart as a rat with a gold tooth".
  3. The interest thing is he was drafted as a forward so it should not be a big surprise that he is a good kick for goal.
  4. Have you forgotten the one with a foot injury who never played again or the x captain who was out for two years and the faded away to SA? Or the current player who after 18 months is still not even running, foot injurys are amongst the worst. The comment was made when discussing player durability. It is unlikely but not impossible.
  5. I think that we have different views of his ability, I think he is the equal of our best players different but equal. If I were a recruiter he would be top of my list and he is available this year for a low recruitment cost. On top of that he has proven to be very durable he is seldom out injured so you get a player that has a high chance of playing 95 % of the games in his contract. Viney may not play again, Gawn struggles to play on average 66% of games, Hogan even worse.
  6. I disagree with five of the above Mr. Shadow he is easily the in the top five most valuable players. Viney, Hogan and Gawn have suspect bodies that could easily reduce the number of games they play. And their value to the team. Lever looks good but at this point he has not played one game for the MFC and Trac shows promise but has not delivered beyond that.
  7. Just as well you had those two words in different sentences. Pinot is the nectar of the Gods and the other is the swill of Collingwood supporters.
  8. Believe me you much better off staying unenlightened.
  9. A decade would be nice WJ
  10. Sadly no Bbo only a banana sandwich today. Just came across it while looking for something else and thought it should be commented on again a grevious sin that has gone unpunished. By the way the latest Pino vintage is very good. It pays to stay in the favour of your sisters I have discovered.
  11. I am 100% certain that is undoubted cause for a banning Mr. leg. However the big problem is how we enforce it. Hmm!
  12. On that basis bb I had a very nice banana and peanut butter sandwich for lunch today. Better than a Dees win because one is guaranteed and the other never certain.
  13. Wow I remember when this Thread was about the humble banana. To see now where it has moved too is truely amazing.
  14. TT I think it is time to review your life while I agree with you on a couple of those the rest are IMO the pits particularly that Saturday show. I have not listened to it since the morning "pickers" was lecturing someone on morals. That was it for me.
  15. Yes but gone to fox sports I think
  16. I suspect that the only reason the breakfast crew and KB are still there is because the have contracts that would be too expensive to buy out.
  17. Hmm so don't hold your breath I guess is your advice dc?
  18. Why is it that we can no longer delete a posting?
  19. I would prefer a very Rich benefactor .
  20. There is a big queue waiting to move in Cards. I doubt it will stay vacant beyond the end of February.
  21. So the MFC have rung by now Bbo?
  22. DJ I think we will be both in the ground before the rail yard are covered in. Re Prahran a couple of years ago at an AGM ( I think ) PJ said Prahran was not feasible. Basically no room for any development. Also think that the council was not in favour as well.
  23. She is 7 and fairly switched on. It is hard to put one over her.
